Lately Ive noticed as I play sometimes the screen starts to slowly go fuzzy/pixelated. It fades in and then after a while fades back to normal. The pause screen is always okay, its just in game. Any thoughts?

Do you use a graphics tweak? The static can be a side effect of one of those and certain versions of the game.

Have you tried pressing "P"? It's the key for definition and pressing it will make the screen switch between sharp and blurred.

Nah, its not the P thing. It looks like a grainy video camera and it fades in slowly, stays, and fades out slowly. I removed my ENB way before this issue happened. It honestly looks like a bad digital connection on a TV with supersized black and white pixels.
