I don't get it. There is no ELS for GTA V, yet this is ELS enabled. Your pictures also say "OpenIV", in which this may be a GTA IV model? Can you clarify on this?

yea no ELS as far as i know but hell BxBugs is working on them maybe the release is soon?

.wft is a gta4 file. I don't know why you put this in the GTA 5 mods section.

Open IV is a program you use to access GTA V files, as far as i know there is no such thing as Open V
