It isnt working for me. When I scroll over to select the car, nothing appears and my game goes crazy.

This could do with a Dash Cam, and a couple of antennas. :)

If u edit the ion and xlp textures you should be a able to get a brighter effect, so mess around with those

I left that stuff out for a reason (I started crashing when I added the rest of the equipment and to keep the poly count under 200k), and you can make the spotlight invisible
