FUGITIVE SUPPORTS 4 LIVERIES, YOU HAVE TO IMPORT THEM THEMSELVES!

A pack of GTA V vehicles modified into LSPD ELS versions.

This pack includes:

  • Bravado Buffalo 2nd Generation
  • Cheval Fugitive
  • Granger 3000X (SWB)
  • Vapid Interceptor
  • Vapid Stanier Cruiser
  • BONUS - SA license plates for civilian vehicles

Every car is ELSv8 optimized. ELS VCF (vehicle configuration files) are included for every car. Refer to ELS v8 User Guide for more information.

Every car comes in regular (GTA V lightbar) and slicktop variants.

All of the cars except the Fugitive have extra LSSD and LSSD Black & White skins.

This is my first major ELS mod, and because of that, bugs may be present. Please let me know if you find any.

If you want to change the color of the lights, edit lights.dds texture found in a car's .wtd file.

I tried to recreate the lighting setups from GTA V, and due to that no secondary or warning lights are present. Wig-wags are configured and working.

Non-ELS versions are released separately.

--------------------------------------

Installation:

- Use OpenIV to replace the corresponding files within vehicles.img with the .wft and .wtd files provided in this package.

- Open the vehicles.ide file in your Grand Theft Auto IVcommondata folder, find the lines beginning with the names of the appropriate

models, and at the end of those lines add +livery.

- Enable the replaced models in _SLOTCONTROL.ini file using the provided ELS configuration

--------------------------------------

This download is exclusive to LCPDFR.com.

Model provided unlocked - there is no need for my permission when fair credit is given to me and other authors.

Oh, look. With ELS8 and this pack, I'm using ELS now! Never thought I'd see the day.

I never did get into ELS 7. Ive been stuck on ELS 6 for the simple fact ELS 7 reflections were always red even if i had blue lights. Looks cool but Ill stick with ELS 6. 5/5!

All you have to do is edit the ELS configuration file to change the environmental colours. In-fact these cars come with that configuration file included, so all you have to do is copy and paste them to the ELS folder.

So I noticed the WAPL warning lights work all the lights on the car, instead of having variation with the Primary and Secondary. This is my first foray into ELS, can this be modified from the ELS config settings per vehicle file?

There are only primaries on the cars.

me and a couple of my friends like very much your car pack, if fact we downloaded all of them in eflc, but we have a small problem with the fugitive whend you look at the car a few steeps back the car becomes white, and i dont know how to fix this.

Yard1

Friends of LSPDFR Author

That's because of the way the car is mapped, I will fix it later.

Is that also why the Fugitive and the Interceptor are really shiny? I can post screens if you want.

No, thats either issue with the carcols or the model itself (GTA V conversions have such bugs sometimes). I have not noticed it myself.

The textures on the Granger and Fugitive should not disappear when you get too far away.

Not sure if you consider it a bug or not, but the vapid cruiser doesn't have flashing tail lights, the headlights flash fine but the tail lights don't at all.

On the granger, fugitive and buffalo they work fine.

The cruiser is working as designed. You can change that yourself in the VCF, refer to the ELS User Guide for instructions.

Would this work with ELS7? ELS8 won't work for me.

Yard1

Friends of LSPDFR Author

It should work, but you'd have to modify the VCFs yourself.

wonder when the ELS H version will be made >.< I love the Sa rotary cruisers
