GTA V Vapid Police Cruiser Slicktop v2

   (4 reviews)

10 Screenshots

My second model edit but first released. GTA V Vapid Police Cruiser by Sam and Lt.Caine modified to slicktop version.

It's compatible with textures for GTA V Vapid Police Cruiser 1.4V (wtd from that mod included with permission from Sam).

Now with two more variants:

  • Grill Lights (front lights moved from pushbar to grill)
  • Unmarked (removed antennas, pushbar, prisoner divider, changed body to resemble civilian Stanier, added unmarked liveries)

Just click download!

--------------------------------------

New version uploaded 13.02.2014:

- Fixed doors on the unmarked variant (were darker than the rest of the car)

--------------------------------------

Installation:

- Use OpenIV to replace the corresponding files within vehicles.img with the .wft and .wtd files provided in this package.

- Open the vehicles.ide file in your Grand Theft Auto IVcommondata folder, find the lines beginning with the names of the appropriate

models, and at the end of those lines add +livery.

This download is exclusive to LCPDFR.com.

Model provided unlocked - there is no need for my permission when fair credit is given to me and other authors.

Lel you've beat me to it again! Can't blame you though, as everyone's pretty excited over these new fandangled GTA V cars. Really nicely done, these models are. I can see a lot of details been put into the decals! Buuut, you might wanna change the bit-depth of your screenshots to 8-bit (not as bad as it sounds), as it can really help decrease their size, so its quicker to open, just saying ;)

Rule #1 of American Law Enforcement: If you have enough lights on a slicktop vehicle, you don't.

I only used 4 lights so it's compatible with Fbi slot.

I enjoy the car, with one exception. If possible could you move the lights to the grill instead of the push-bar or the interior of the car? Every time I go to use it, I seem to destroy my forward facing lights.

At your leisure. If ELS 8 comes out soon enough and is as wonderful as it sounds, I might not even need non-ELS vehicles anymore.
