Project Andreas II - A Virginia-Based, Lore-Friendly, Multi-Agency Mega Pack

- I am back again! This is my third livery pack on LSPDFR, and again the culmination of about a month of on and off work. I have finally reached a place where I am satisfied with the pack, so I hope you enjoy! Just a notice for some, I am not a professional, nor well equipped designer. I work entirely using GIMP and with decals and logos I can find online, so don't get your expectations too high.
- A bit about the pack, first of all. This pack is heavily based on Virginia law enforcement agencies, particularly based on the Richmond Police Department, Henrico County Sheriff's Office, and Virginia State Police. Additionally, it uses vanilla mapped vehicles by some wonderful mod authors. With this being said, they are non-ELS, and any lighting changes do require some carcols.ymt and carvariations.ymt changes. I highly, highly recommend using the LiveLights mod by PNWParksFan to help you make any lighting changes.

Q: How do I install these textures?
- A: I have included both written and visual instructions to show how to install them. Beyond that, I would recommend looking up some YouTube tutorials for more general instructions.

Q: I want the lights like in your screenshots. How do I get them?
- A: The lighting textures are included in the "Misc. Textures" folder. However, this requires some data file editing. See above, or the readme, for more information.

Q: Will you be updating this pack?
- A: Maybe. I do not plan on adding any new vehicles as of now, but I may be amenable to providing special text edits (K-9, SWAT, etc.) for certain vehicles.
