Just drag the folder named EM-BCSO into your FiveM resources and then start the eup by putting ensure EM-BCSO in server.cfg

you need to install mpclothes. then you can handle uniform downloads very simple. there are lots of yt tutorials about that.

Hey, no it wont its addon so it is its own dlc.

The hats in singleplayer for me don't show up in the eup menu but otherwise the pack is great everything else shows up
