  • Hello again! This pack marks my second and now largest livery pack on LSPDFR. This project is, again, the culmination of about a month of on and off work, so I'm glad to finally be delivering my final product! If you've been following my Project Realism - Redux gallery album, the day has finally arrived. Thank you for your continued support and encouragement over the last few weeks. I think this project shows the best of my work so far, and I've developed new skills and techniques while working on the pack, so I really hope you enjoy. Just a notice for some, I am not a professional, nor well equipped designer. I work entirely using GIMP and with decals and logos I can find online, so don't get your expectations too high.

 

  • Just a little bit about the pack, first. This idea came to me when I got kind of lost while making liveries for my Project Virginia pack. I wanted to do something kind of generic, but still sort of based on reality. This pack, generally speaking, is loosely based on some Virginia emergency services, but they're mainly fictional. I hope that you enthusiasts of somewhat generic, but still interesting vehicle designs, like myself, will enjoy using this as much as I have making it.

 

So, what can you expect with this pack?

 

  • This pack includes 19 main liveries from the LSPD, BCSO, and BCFR, as well as 9 additional bonus liveries, including:

Frequently Asked Questions

 

  • Q: How do I install these textures?
    • A: I have included both written and visual instructions to show how to install them. Beyond that, I would recommend looking up some YouTube tutorials for more general instructions.

 

  • Q: I want the lights like in your screenshots. How do I get them?
    • A: The lighting textures and configs are, unfortunately, specific to the vehicles I personally use. You can find these in the above spoilers, or in the README under "Vehicle Mods Used". For these, I have included the light textures and ELS configs with the corresponding vehicle. Instructions for installation can also be found in the README.

 

  • Q: Will you be updating this pack?
    • A: Maybe. I do not plan on adding any new vehicles as of now, but I may be amenable to providing special text edits (K-9, SWAT, etc.) for certain vehicles.

 

  • Q: Will you make a texture for [INSERT VEHICLE HERE]?
    • A: Probably not, but I might if you ask nicely 🙂

    @amenbrother I hope you don't mind. But I did kind of make a showcase of your vehicle texture, It just looks so sexy. I just can't resist it.
     

    I have not done it for the daytime yet including the other vehicle texture that you did, but I will do it soon.

    I'm not sure what's going on, but when I added the vehicle texture, this popped up for the .yft.

    The _hi.yft one looks good though...

    Not sure. Might be a conflict with the model you're using.

    I'm not sure. When I load it in the game, it looks fine to me. I did not see any bugs or glitches in it.

    I just finished making a video of the vehicle with w/ambulance and firefighter. They look great. It is still in the process to 4k.

    Looks great! I know some models are a little glitchy in OpenIV, so I suspect that may have been the issue. I'll definitely be adding a showcase section on the page for these videos!

    Hi there, i have troubles with installing the vechicle mods, do you mind doing a full tutorial on how to install your whole pack + vechicles? If no then i would appreciate an explanation on how to install them, thanks!
