Vehicle Liveries and EUP Retextures by: amen_brother
    LSPDFR Configs by: amen_brother
    Vehicle Textures and Data Files:
    - Paleto Bay Sheriff P by RiME557
    - BCSO Ghost/Slicktop pack by RIME557
    - LSPD SWAT Bravado Buffalo SX by breakehh_
    - Vapid TARV - Lore-Friendly Bearcat by Nacho
    Mammoth Squaddie by: Officer Failz
    Original EUP Textures: Alex_Ashfold

NOOSE Patch (V0.25): Mustakeer33 from the LoreHub Discord Server.

Special thanks to RiME557, breakehh_, and Nacho for their original vehicle textures, without which the OIV installer would have been impossible. You all enable modders to learn and grow, thank you!

Welcome to San Andreas Regional, a Virginia-based vehicle livery pack! This isn't just your typical livery pack, though. This pack ALSO includes a number of EUP textures AND LSPDFR Configuration files for a seamless and immersive experience. If you are looking for an all-in-one experience with easy-to-follow installation process and few dependencies, this is the right mod for you.
Currently, San Andreas Regional is in BETA. There are six custom agencies, the Los Santos Police Department (MIddleburg, VA Police Dept.), the Blaine County Sheriff's Office (Rockbridge County, VA Sheriff's Office), the San Andreas State Police (Virginia State Police), the Paleto Bay Police Department (Luray, VA Police Dept.), the San Andreas Conservation Police (Virginia Conservation Police), the reviled G.S.T.P.O (Immigration and Customs Enforcement), and the purposeless San Andreas National Guard. Each agency has one to nine vehicles, each with a custom texture based on the reference agencies. Some artistic license is taken. Each agency also has a custom uniform and patrol loadout (vehicles, weapons, etc.). The uniforms and loadouts are also directly integrated into LSPDFR, so no need for EUP Menu or a loadout mod!
The Protected Speech Update is now available! This just in: the San Andreas National Guard has been federalized and deployed into downtown Los Santos! Where the LSPD once patrolled in Pillbox Hill, Legion Square, and Textile City, S.A. National Guardsmen now patrol the streets (and perform yard maintenance). By government orders, the SANG have also formed a special quick reaction group: the Detaining, Oppressing, and Neutralizing the Nation's Insurrectionists Force. The D.O.N.N.I. Force is a heavily armed reaction unit ready to respond at the drop of a hat to any crime: major, minor, and imaginary. Get ready to take on criticism with an iron fist in the Protected Speech Update!
This pack is best played with all of the components, but feel free to use parts and pieces if you are experienced with GTA V modding. If you are having issues with using individual parts of the pack, I will not be able to provide you support.
Please note that this mod is not currently compatible with UltimateBackup. Configs for UB are planned for a future update at this time.

  3. Sounds Of Panic - An Immersive Effects Addon
    Added sounds by: amen_brother

Hello, again! Time for something a little different. I love the Immersive Effects mod by Faya, but always thought there was just a little something missing. Stressful situations, especially those that are life-or-death, can be extremely straining on the body, increasing not only heart rate (like in Faya's original mod), but also respiratory rate.
Using Faya's original heart beat sound effect, I have overlaid labored breathing to accentuate a sense of panic in stressful scenarios. Outside of my minor modification, all credit goes to @Faya for their amazing mod. Seriously, even if you don't like this mod, go check out their original mod, it's great!
If you enjoy my little addon, though, please drop a comment or rating! Constructive feedback is also highly, highly welcomed! Your input and visibility helps me be motivated to create, so thank you!
Also, if anyone would like a version without the heart beat, let me know. I hope you enjoy!

    Installation

Download and install Faya's Immersive Effects mod (https://www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/gta5mods/scripts/39799-immersive-effects/) Choose one option - Heartbeat or No Heartbeat! Drag and drop the "plugins" folder to your main GTA V directory and overwrite any files (will only replace HEARTBEAT.WAV in the Immersive Effects folder). Enjoy!

  4. Project Statehood - A Lore-Friendly Fictionalized State-Wide Livery Mega-Pack
    Textures by: amen_brother

Hello! I'm back with another livery pack, this time a fictionalized, mostly generic lore-friendly pack using a set of really amazing ELS lore-friendly/vanilla vehicles. That's right, for you ELS users and lore-friendly vehicle lovers, this pack is just for you! Sadly, this does mark the last of my lore-friendly packs for a while, since I'm itching to texture some real vehicles now. In any case, I hope you enjoy!
Just a little bit about the pack - it is not based on any particular area or set of agencies, since I felt like doing something more original. They may have been inspired by a variety of agencies while I was doing research for this pack, but not anything in particular - just the stuff I liked!
I don't usually do this, but if you like my pack, please feel free to leave a comment or review! It allows other people to see my work and helps inspire my future work! Even if you don't, constructive criticism is greatly, greatly appreciated too. Thank you so much!
So, what can you expect with this pack?

This pack includes 19 liveries from the LSPD, BCSO, SAHP, and BCFD, including:
Three Los Santos Police Department Vehicle Textures

Seven Blaine County Sheriff's Office Vehicle Textures

Five San Andreas Highway Patrol Vehicle Textures

Four Blaine County Fire Department Vehicle Textures

    Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I install these textures? A: I have included both written and visual instructions to show how to install them. Beyond that, I would recommend looking up some YouTube tutorials for more general instructions.
Q: I want the lights like in your screenshots. How do I get them? A: The lighting textures are included in the "Misc. Textures" folder. See the readme for more information.
Q: Will you be updating this pack? A: I will not be updating this pack any further, unfortunately. Motivation for this pack has all but dried up, but I have been inspired to make a new, realism based pack using real vehicles. If you want to see that as I work on it, follow my profile and watch for album posts! I always post development updates on the gallery!
Q: Will you make a texture for [INSERT VEHICLE HERE]? A: Not for this pack, sorry.
Q: You made a MISTAKE! Will you fix it?!? Absolutely. If I am missing anything or have any major errors, I will try my best to fix them. Do not hesitate to post any issues you have.

  5. Project Andreas II - A Virginia-Based, Lore-Friendly, Multi-Agency Mega Pack
    Textures by: amen_brother

I am back again! This is my third livery pack on LSPDFR, and again the culmination of about a month of on and off work. I have finally reached a place where I am satisfied with the pack, so I hope you enjoy! Just a notice for some, I am not a professional, nor well equipped designer. I work entirely using GIMP and with decals and logos I can find online, so don't get your expectations too high.
A bit about the pack, first of all. This pack is heavily based on Virginia law enforcement agencies, particularly based on the Richmond Police Department, Henrico County Sheriff's Office, and Virginia State Police. Additionally, it uses vanilla mapped vehicles by some wonderful mod authors. With this being said, they are non-ELS, and any lighting changes do require some carcols.ymt and carvariations.ymt changes. I highly, highly recommend using the LiveLights mod by PNWParksFan to help you make any lighting changes.
So, what can you expect with this pack?

This pack includes 19 liveries from the LSPD, BCSO, SAHP, and BCFD, including:
Three Los Santos Police Department Vehicle Textures

Five Blaine County Sheriff's Office Vehicle Textures

Five San Andreas Highway Patrol Vehicle Textures

Four Blaine County Fire Department Vehicle Textures

Q: I want the lights like in your screenshots. How do I get them? A: The lighting textures are included in the "Misc. Textures" folder. However, this requires some data file editing. See above, or the readme, for more information.
Q: Will you be updating this pack? A: Maybe. I do not plan on adding any new vehicles as of now, but I may be amenable to providing special text edits (K-9, SWAT, etc.) for certain vehicles.
Q: Will you make a texture for [INSERT VEHICLE HERE]? A: Probably not, but I might if you ask nicely

  6. Project Andreas - Generic, Lore Friendly, Multi-Agency Mega Pack
    Textures by: amen_brother

Hello again! This pack marks my second and now largest livery pack on LSPDFR. This project is, again, the culmination of about a month of on and off work, so I'm glad to finally be delivering my final product! If you've been following my Project Realism - Redux gallery album, the day has finally arrived. Thank you for your continued support and encouragement over the last few weeks. I think this project shows the best of my work so far, and I've developed new skills and techniques while working on the pack, so I really hope you enjoy. Just a notice for some, I am not a professional, nor well equipped designer. I work entirely using GIMP and with decals and logos I can find online, so don't get your expectations too high.
Just a little bit about the pack, first. This idea came to me when I got kind of lost while making liveries for my Project Virginia pack. I wanted to do something kind of generic, but still sort of based on reality. This pack, generally speaking, is loosely based on some Virginia emergency services, but they're mainly fictional. I hope that you enthusiasts of somewhat generic, but still interesting vehicle designs, like myself, will enjoy using this as much as I have making it.
So, what can you expect with this pack?

This pack includes 19 main liveries from the LSPD, BCSO, and BCFR, as well as 9 additional bonus liveries, including:
Four Los Santos Police Department Vehicle Textures

Twelve Blaine County Sheriff's Office Vehicle Textures

Three Blaine County Fire and Rescue Vehicle Textures

    Misc. Bonus Vehicle Textures

These textures were disincluded from the main pack because I didn't like them as much as the others. For that reason, I do not have specific model authors, so trial and error may be required. Use at your own risk.

    Vehicle Mods Used

These are the mods I use personally for my pack. They are in no particular order, so you will have to sort through them and see where what belongs. Check the credits!

    Showcases

Very special thanks to @Parzival.Zio for some nice snippets of gameplay that they put together!

Q: I want the lights like in your screenshots. How do I get them? A: The lighting textures and configs are, unfortunately, specific to the vehicles I personally use. You can find these in the above spoilers, or in the README under "Vehicle Mods Used". For these, I have included the light textures and ELS configs with the corresponding vehicle. Instructions for installation can also be found in the README.
Q: Will you be updating this pack? A: Maybe. I do not plan on adding any new vehicles as of now, but I may be amenable to providing special text edits (K-9, SWAT, etc.) for certain vehicles.

  7. Project Virginia - Lore Friendly Blaine County Mega-Pack
    Textures by: amen_brother

What started as a personal project for my own pleasure quickly snowballed into my largest, most ambitious, and first public release for GTA V - Project Virginia. I will start by saying that I am a complete amateur texture developer and this project was developed with extremely limited resources (basically just GIMP). If you are expecting professional quality liveries, you may be disappointed. However, this process has helped me develop better techniques and skills, and I believe that this pack represents my best texture work yet.
This pack was developed with the purpose of filling gaps left open by other popular packs. Many livery packs out there have tons of regular patrol vehicles, which is awesome. However, for someone like me that enjoys having a uniform experience, the lack of SWAT vehicles, helicopters, marine units, and prisoner transport vehicles really started to bother me. So, while this pack may lack a variety of patrol vehicles, it does bring a uniform theme to special vehicles that aren't often considered.
    First off, why "Project Virginia"?

As a proud Virginia native, I wanted to create a lore-friendly pack that stuck to my roots. In this effort, I based every vehicle off of those used by my local Sheriff's Office and those used by the neighboring city. They are not 100% accurate, and I have taken some short-cuts and liberties, particularly with some of the special purpose vehicles. However, every texture is as faithful as it can be, while still providing some visual interest and staying true to the theme of the pack.
So, what can you expect with this pack?

This pack includes a WHOPPING FIFTEEN (lol) individual textures, including:
NINE Blaine County Sheriff's Office Vehicle Textures

TWO BONUS Los Santos Police Department Vehicle Textures

TWO BONUS Blaine County Fire and Rescue Vehicle Textures

TWO BONUS San Andreas State Police Vehicle Textures

    Recommended Vehicle Models

The creation of this pack would not have been possible without the use of some incredible vehicle mods and packs. These are:

    Other Credits

This pack was made with the use of several freely available logos and decals, most of which are available online. However, a few elements were made here on the LSPDFR website, so a very special thanks to: BritishIndieKid for their BCSO, LSPD, and SASP logos from Indie's Assorted Logos: Part Two SkyDaFur Development for their BCFD/BCFR logo from LSFD & BCFD Logo Pack
    Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I install these textures? A: I have included both written and visual instructions to show how to install them. Beyond that, I would recommend looking up some YouTube tutorials for more general instructions.
Q: I want the lights like in your screenshots. How do I get them? A: The lighting textures and configs are, unfortunately, specific to the vehicles I personally use. You can find these in the above spoilers, or in the README under "Recommended Vehicle Models". For these, I have included the light textures and ELS configs in the Bonus Bundles folder. Instructions for installation can also be found in the README.
Q: Why did you make LSPD and BCFR textures? A: I wanted to use them for my game, and I figured I might as well just spread the love.
Q: Will you be updating this pack? A: Yes. I plan to add three to four more BCSO, LSPD, and BCFR textures in the future. I kinda wanna play my game though for a bit lol
Q: Will you make a texture for [INSERT VEHICLE HERE]? A: Maybe. If I find your request interesting or a fairly simple task, it is possible.
You can follow any further development by checking out my development thread in the forums!
