Hello, 

 

This is my first time posting.  I wanted to create Police Departments for areas around Minnesota to make LSPDFR a little more personal to me.  I put alot of time into this set of EUP and wanted to share with everyone.  I stuck to the basics for these (Class A, B, C, pants, winter jackets, and rain coat).  I have more (polos, vests, and hats) but it is still a mess so I did not include it.  It is a close to my local departments as I could get it.  Enjoy. 

 

Agencies included:

Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Polk County, Crookston, Airport, Blaine, Brooklyn Center, Columbia Heights, Metro Transit, MN DNR, MN DOC, MN State Patrol, St Paul, U of M, and White Earth Tribal.

I'll see what I can come up with.  The way I made them was to replace the standard EUP uniform spots.

I wish I could use this. I have eup but never added a uniform pack so no idea how to do this. The only thing I do not understand is the renaming.

If you have the EUP installed (I used 8.3) you should have clothes in the importexport and other folders. To drop my files into your EUP folder just remove the front part (example: "mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_importexport_01^jbib_diff_004_a_uni" to "jbib_diff_004_a_uni" then it will just over right the original file to the new one. These files do need any add-on packs it just replaces the default ones in the spots you choose. I hope that makes sense. I also redid all the real agencies to the lore friendly ones. I might just redo this whole file to make it easier to just drop them where they would go.

The textures can you used to replace the female texture. All the textures are unisex. You can either just save the texture and "replace" it in whatever file you want or you can replace the whole file as long as you have the female shirt or jacket model.
