Riot Response 2.0.0

Riot Response 2.0.0 adds two dynamic public-order callouts to LSPDFR:

**Riot Response** creates a large organized street disturbance with protesters, paired fights, attacks on vehicles and officers, persistent fires, police containment, arriving backup, two staged fire trucks, and EMS.

**Officer Rescue: Mob Ambush** places trapped officers behind a disabled cruiser while a hostile crowd attacks their position. The player must break the assault, protect a medical corridor, stabilize the injured officer, and allow fire crews to suppress the vehicle fire.

The plugin does not rely on holding B to report every individual fight. It maintains its own registry of active threats and assigns eligible scene officers to those incidents automatically. Responding vehicles receive reserved perimeter parking positions so they do not intentionally drive into the crowd or abandon vehicles in the middle of the scene.

Scene locations are validated through multiple street, ground, slope, and surrounding-road checks. Traffic is closed through the scene, ambient vehicles are cleared from the inner footprint, and cones/barriers are placed and frozen on the ground. If a fire truck or ambulance cannot complete GTA's route, a timed recovery places it into its validated staging slot rather than leaving the callout permanently stuck.

Fires are monitored and recreated if GTA removes them early. Firefighters receive individual sources, EMS waits for a safe corridor, stabilized casualties cannot rejoin combat, and completion is based on resolved threats, suppressed fires, medical objectives, and a calm scene—not the arrest of every passive protester.

## Features

- Two registered LSPDFR callouts.

- Configurable 22–26 person riot and 19–24 person rescue crowd defaults.

- Validated road-centered location selection with clean cancellation.

- Traffic closures and grounded cones/barriers at both approaches.

- Organized protesters, fighters, vehicle attackers, officer attackers, and bystanders.

- Internally registered threats with automatic officer assignment.

- Maximum of two managed officers per threat.

- Strategic police, fire, and ambulance staging.

- Stuck emergency-unit recovery after a 24-second arrival deadline.

- Persistent script fires and assigned firefighter suppression.

- Protected EMS corridor and monotonic casualty states.

- Objective counters, calm-period completion, manual End-key termination, and deterministic cleanup.

- Extensive INI configuration for scene density, responders, timing, models, and backup adoption.

I just use an option in enhanced native trainer that makes peds go wacky tobacky. Another option from that trainer is making peds becoming vigilante.

This beta version of the plugin offers challenging and unpredictable scenarios with top-of-the-line AI and realistic physics

Hey there, I'm curious - what does this mean? 🙂

How is your plugin influencing the physics / AI of GTAV?

Sounds interesting for sure, but not sure what it means.

I hope there's a config to make this customisable and we aren't stuck with AI the s_m_y_cop_01 carrying a pistol and shooting everyone

Hey, I am a big fan! Please tell me if you have any suggestions. This is currently very buggy and I am working on a fix right now

Follow the suggestions:

- Add more locations.

Add route to the riot location

Do not send automatic backup, let the user choose his backup. It's a Riot, the cops with firearms are programmed to shoot in any ocasion, i have my own Riot agency, cops equiped with Nightsticks.

Very cool plugin tho.
