LAPD doesn't use 2015+ Charger's. Or ALPR's. And mostly all units don't have ram bars...

Not to mention, the set ups are incorrect on the CVPI. It's almost as if, it's not even LAPD.

LAPD traffic units have rambars and ALPR's, not everything is perfect my guy.

This is a good pack. What matters the most is it has the LAPD skins. Im really looking forward to the 2016 Explorer!

To install this use LML or convert it to a singleplayer DLC pack.
You will likely need a siren controller for it, I recommend using Dynamic Lighting System as a controller, it does not require a config but if you take the time to make configs you will have control over stages. It will however be difficult with the TA system to get it to work exactly how you want if you go that route.

I don't think I have yet to see a Charger's steelies without the center piece, and I gotta say it's a fucking look. I'd love to be able to have those. Not for modeling, as I don't know how to do that, but something like WVP. It'd be really cool to use sometimes.

The name has been changed to LAPD based, that does clear it up for anyone looking for accurate LAPD packs. Anything I said before was not saying this pack is bad, simply it is not accurate to LAPD which is how it was advertised. Thank you for the public release for all the community to use

Constructive criticism of files is allowed and encouraged. Packs based on real-life departments are often a point of contention, and discussion over the differences between the mod in-question and its real-life counterpart are permitted so long as they follow a constructive nature. Also remember that content creators are allowed to produce whatever content they like, to varying degrees of real-life vs lore, provided meets the community guidelines. Try to be nice to each other.

Okay. Lemme state this real quick: This is nothing related to LAPD.

1, IONs in the rear, kek.
2, GALL speakers? Sorry bud, wrong one, they use the same speaker amplifiers as CHP does, Federal Signal AS124.
3, LAPD uses Setina pushbars, not GoRhino
4, Wrong pushbar on the CVPI.

Also, save sirens and dont use extra TA's. You're gonna need them. And I don't think just slapping lights and using an Arjent with a LAPD Livery is called an LAPD pack. Just an Arjent Pack. And I don't think the front flash pattern via the screenshots is right.

oh, and 2018 Dodge Chargers with LAPD don't have Arjents, they use Valors.

They actually only use unmarked ones, so you aren't even right here.
As the file name and previous conversations have said, it is NOT made to be completely accurate to LAPD

Uhmm... Are you sure bud? I'm from California, I've seen it all.

In 2018 they signed a contract that they would give out valors instead of Arjents. Please show me a list of screenshots of 2018+ models using Arjents. Especially the 2018 Charger.

And regardless of what people "like", it's about how many resources you're using. And if it isn't an "accurate" LAPD pack, then why is it named that. If you wanna argue about this, please take it to PM's. I have completed a LAPD Pack, Non-ELS, I have used references and shit like that. Come on buddy.

And btw, in LA, they do have 2018 Chargers for the LAPD, I've seen them out on patrol. They had valors.

I did not intend an argument. I simply meant people like stuff made this way and that it is not advertised as completely accurate to LAPD.

Then it shouldn't be called an LAPD pack.

It's not.

It's called a LAPD Based pack. And it's called that for a reason.

If you don't like the pack, leave a PM with the author and don't address your opinions publicly.

If you like the pack, download it and leave a positive review on the site.

uhhh, no :D. If you're gonna "base" a pack off of a city, then do it right and stop making us devs look shit. oki?

I insisted that he put [FICTIONAL] in the name to which he replied that it's his pack and he can do what he want with it which is a fair point.

I don't like your careless and rude behavior. It's his pack and he can do what he wants with it. It isn't making devs look shit, by the way. The community knows that there are different devs of different levels of experience. Also, there aren't 18 Chargers with Valors in LA except for the CHP ones.

Imma say the same thing I said to the other gent. There is. They're with valors. Want proof? Take yo asses to LA and find it yourself. Just go to the center of the city, shouldn't be hard to spot.

I do not wish to start an argument. However, I have lived in LA for a numerous amount of years and have only went out recently. I can say that I have never seen a single 2018 Charger with a Valor lightbar in my entire time in LA.

Dang that's sad. You live in your own city and I come from up North and you haven't seen it but I did? sad.
