Hey first of all thank you for downloading my mod.
First you need to have OpenIV
Once this is operational, you should go to the following path: mods \ update \ x64 \ dlcpacks \ patchday18ng \ dlc.rpf \ x64 \ levels \ gta5 \ vehicles.rpf \
You must also have ELS, and file the xml file in the following path: Grand Theft Auto> ELS> pack_default
Once all this is done you can start your game.
Don't forget to click on the ° key on your keyboard to have the lights steady

Hey tout d'abord merci d'avoir téléchargé mon mod.
Dans un premier temps vous devez avoir OpenIV
Un fois que ceci est opérationnel, vous devez vous rendre dans le chemin d'accès suivant: mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday18ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
Vous devez aussi avoir ELS, et déposer le fichier xml dans le chemin d'accès suivant: Grand Theft Auto > ELS > pack_default
Une fois tout ceci fait vous pouvez lancer votre jeu.
N'oubliez pas de cliquer sur la touche ° de votre clavier pour avoir les lights fixes
