Just 2 camo patterns Multicam and Scorpion w2. 
Both consist of pants (gunrunning) a blouse (or whatever it's called) and a helmet.

 

Helmets go into mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\eup\dlc.rpf\x64\eup_componentpeds_p.rpf\mp_m_freemode_01_p_male_freemode_mplts.


Blouse and pants go into mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\eup\dlc.rpf\x64\eup_componentpeds.rpf\mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_gunrunning_01.

 

You might need to go into your mpgunrunning dlc and find the files, not sure.
