try changing the window tint should help if that's why you can't see the lights....

You might not have a zip extractor like winRAR.  Try downloading that.

@J.J Designs even if WinRAR is still installed on your PC, install it again to overwrite the old. This works for me when I get an error at times when I try to drag files to either my desktop or to OpenIV.

Anyone have any idea on how to fix the license plate on the Caprice? No matter what texture I use it doesn't appear.

You don't install it to any of those, you need OpenIV - http://openiv.com/

and to use a mods folder.  I highly recommend looking up tutrorials on how to install vehicles.

I dont have mods folder cuz im new here and im playing the game with LSPDFR with RPH for the first time.

I didnt find any tutrorials. pls help.

There are plenty of tutorials out there, check on Youtube.

Bonjour, j'ai installé le pack mais les lumières bleues ne s'allument pas. Should there be another pack for the lights?

Les lumières s'allument mais seulement pour les feux arrière. Je t'envoie une photo des lumières qui s'allument😕

He included the templates, so you don't need permission to make liveries. 🙂  Just remember, if you upload the liveries, only upload the liveries themselves.  Don't include the vehicles.

where to install?

My light bars on the SUVs wont light up ? Any ideas ? Thanks! Love the pack! 

Hey there. I absolutely love this pack and it's a must-have for me now. This isn't a deal-breaker cos I can live with it, but I've encountered this where these 2 panels on the lightbar are always off and never turn blue. Am I the only one encountering this?

idk if this is me installing it wrong (doubt so since ive installed at least 100 car packs by now) but the charger model seems to be extremely bad, the lights dont actually work, no turn signals, the spotlight is the only thing that turns on when you turn on the headlights etc, and the texture inside the fpiu is also a bright red color
