Undercover Delorean 1.0.0

This was created to go right in AVP's DMC Police Pack, He claimed it to be final, I felt it needed
a touch up. And after requesting him to create an unmarked/undercover Delorean and receiving
no response, I decided I was the guy to do it. So, as awful as this is put together (it's nowhere near perfect and the dash lights are extremely bright), hopefully 
someone out there will enjoy the Undercover Delorean that I'm releasing.

To install, just open up the /dlcpacks/dmcpol/dlc.rpf folder and in /data put handling, vehicles and
carvariations there.
then in the /x64/vehicles.rpf put *.yft and *.ytd files.

Make sure to add the ELS file, then boot up game and voila! undercover delorean.
Use trainer to change paint options.

Known bugs: Dashlights are extremely bright
