Realistic Charges & Citations for CompuLite (US Law) 0.0.1

A drop-in replacement for CompuLite's default charges and citations. The stock lists are pretty thin, so I rebuilt them from scratch using real US law (California Penal Code plus the common federal stuff) and packed in a lot more to actually work with.

You get 229 charges and 119 citations, sorted into categories that are quick to scroll through on the in-game computer. Misdemeanors, felonies and infractions are all separated the way they really are in the States, so booking someone makes sense instead of being one big pile.

Covers all the usual stuff plus a bunch the default list was missing: every kind of DUI, drug possession vs trafficking split up properly, weapons by type (auto sears, suppressors, ghost guns, .50 cals), fraud and cybercrime, fake IDs and forged documents, plate crimes, organized crime, the works.

Names are kept short on purpose so they don't break the CompuLite menu.

Install: back up your current Charges.xml and Citations.xml, then drop these two in the same folder and overwrite. Done.

Files are plain XML, so if you want it harsher or softer for your server just open them and change the numbers.
