    What's your budget? Don't get a Z270 board if you aren't getting an unlocked CPU from Intel (the processor names with K at the end of them, like an i7-7700K). Get a B250 or an H270 board instead.

    The Dell computer is definitely the better one, previous gen AMD CPU/APUs (the FX series) have been no match for Intel CPUs.
