ELS | 1998 Ford Crown Victoria | Whelen Edge Lightbar

Profile Picture.jpg

Hello! This is my first LSPDFR modification.

This vehicle was created by Lundy and I was given permission to release it. I only worked on the ELS file.

This vehicle is a 1998 Ford Crown Victoria equipped with a Whelen Edge lightbar. The lightbar is red and blue lighted.

Everything works like it's supposed to: headlights, indicators, reverse lights, you name it.

Features:

- 45 realistic lightbar flash patterns

- Detailed interior

- 4k quality livery

Bugs/Things Needing Improvements

- Interior does not contain police equipment

- Red lights are slightly fuzzy

Enjoy the vehicle!

You should probably put the picture of the vehicle in the thumbnail instead of the interior.

Don't take this the wrong way but why release a model with literally just the model itself and a lightbar? Why not spend the extra time you're going to spend adding equipment later on now and release it finished. Just doesn't make any sense, nonetheless looks alright, does anyone have a video anywhere?

I only made it as a "show car", I was just fiddling around with ELS settings and a lot of people seemed to like it. OfficerUnlimited asked me if he could release it. It's unlocked eitherway, so people are free to do as they wish.

Cmon Lundy. Add a police package. Give it a try. People seem to love it.

Yes. You just need to change the POLICE.xml ELS file and the textures for the lights.

@adrianlopez2896 Not everybody prefers what's done, but I leave every car mod that I can unlocked so people can edit it to their own taste.

There are textures inside the .ytd file. You'll be able to figure out which ones they are. For the ELS file, you'll just need to change the ENV lighting for the emissives. The reds to blue.

cool, i figured it out and used some of the textures from Lundy's cruisers. I'm still trying to figure out how to edit the steady burn settings for the unit. Also does anyone know if there is a way to make it so the take downs work on the lightbar?
