Want a more realistic experience while playing LSPDFR? Download this and feel more immersed in your gameplay! This adds that background chatter that will really immerse you into the role of an officer! And the best of it all? You can create as many chatter lines as you want! No limitations.

Features:

  • No external programs needed!
  • Customizable volume for the chatter!
  • It plays a random line of chatter between a custom time of  your choosing.
  • Easy to setup, just drag and drop, then play!
  • Easily create your own chatter lines!
  • 35 different chatter lines by default!

 

Setup:

The setup procedures are provided in the README.txt file.

It's really simple! In the ZIP file there's a folder called "Grand Theft Auto V", just drag the contents of this into your Grand Theft Auto V folder and you're all set!

What's new in v1.1:

  • Completely rewritten the plugin to support awesome new features!
  • New audio playback engine! This is where the "NAudio.dll" comes in, it's what enables us to play the chatter with more features!
  • Volume control has now been implemented!
  • Choose the timings of the chatter yourself in the settings file!
  • Expanded options let's you customize when the chatter is played (like only in a police vehicle, on foot, in a pursuit, etc)

Anyone come up with any cool new lines for the the .INI file let me know I am kinda bored with the ones on bored xD I would like to add more auto from the scanner in the local area I am from La and been doing an LAPD RP myself I am a huge fan of the mod it makes the feel more realistic in my opinion!

I have file with over 1300 audio clips from NFS.  OP can use them to make more chatter lines or if anyone here does, please share!  You can find the file attached here:  Cgeck page six of the comments and you'll see a comment from me with the file attached.

    just downloaded this and im not hearing anything different other than the sound that it makes of a call or someone about to come over the radio and then nothing. Followed your instructions how to install but im not getting no radio chatter at all other than vanilla.

    The NAudio.dll goes in the main directory of GTAV (where your GTA V exe file is located)

    Actually, I gave it a go and for me it works fine. Although occasionally, both XScanner and MRC play a sound at the same time but it's nothing significant.

    Stupid Question:
    The lower audio that plays already in default GTA V cop cars, is there a way to access that and make it louder?
    (Watch video or just drive around in a police car and you'll hear what I'm talking about.

    Does this also work when playing on FiveM (GTA RP)?
    I mean since your technically playing GTA V and need the game to play RP
