I would imagine that this is the closest thing to what MSP used in the 80s/90s

Can anyone create a up to date MSP charger or Tahoe like this cvpi in this link with the federal signal beacon?  https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/michigan-state-police-cvpi  really don't know how or I would do it myself...this is my home state.
