Installation has been completely redone and simplified - you can now install all vehicles as standalone DLC packs. All installation is done with a few clicks of your mouse using OpenIV Installation Packages. No more editing of files necessary!

I am proud to finally present my LSSD Pack featuring a 2011 Crown Victoria, 2013 Tahoe (Marked and Unmarked), and 2013 Charger (Marked and Unmarked)! All vehicles feature ELS-inspired lighting setups (complete with environmental lighting) all accomplished without the use of any scripts or plugins. The lighting setup features all Federal Signal equipment and is complimentary to the other vehicles. The vehicles also feature the following extras:

 

  • Extra 1: Spotlight up (Sheriff Units)
  • Extra 2: Spotlight down (Sheriff Units)
  • Extra 7: Setina Rambar
  • Extra 10: Panasonic Arbitrator Dashcam
  • Extra 12: Stalker Radar Unit

Thanks to @FirstThirtyMinutes for featuring one of the vehicles and including an installation guide!

 

Installation uses OIV packages and is as simple as can be. To install the vehicle, just follow the directions in the readme or watch FirstThirtyMinutes's video above.

The Charger/Tahoe in the FIB/FIB2 slots currently don't support multiple liveries (just one) and I'm not quite sure why. I have the vehicles.meta set up properly. They do accept a single livery however, and their marked counterparts accept multiple liveries.

One last note: the included textures were quickly tossed together by me and are vanilla style. They aren't the best, so I apologize for that. If you would like to change them, templates are included. If you make a good quality black/white sheriff skin and would like me to use it as the default for my pack please message me!

There are mods available for Steelies, Bxbugs made one for the charger and i know there's a few for the CVPI. I'm currently working on an update that is going to include new flash patterns with coronas unhidden as well as functional spotlights.

This is by far my favorite pack ever, my only question is how to spawn sheriff3, I only use the RAGE trainer and there's no option

If you're not averse to using an additional trainer menu that uses ScriptHookV, I use https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/simple-trainer-for-gtav and it does everything (except for save weapon loadouts...). You can add Sheriff3 as an added vehicle in the ini for it, which will let you spawn it natively using it. I also use the vehicle saving feature to save vehicles I've modified to have the Engine, Brake, Armor, and Transmission upgrades on (you can access those through the Vehicle Options -> Vehicle Mod Menu menu).

First of all, as many already told you, thank you so much for making such great job like that !! I absolutely love your models, it highly improves my LSPDFR experience !

The only issue I have is for the FBI2's slot ; I know the question has already been asked, but I couldn't find an answer. The Tahoe model it uses for FBI2 spawns and drives correctly, but here's the lightbar problem :

Can't know why it appears like that and how to fix it :/

Could you please help ?
I've seen someone told to copy the lines of carcols.meta into the carcols.ymt file, but it doesn't change a thing :|

I already have done that, it seems not to work. it only shows the original FBI from GTA5. or is there a command code to spawn this vehicle?

FBI and FBI2 shouldn't need a custom vehicles.meta as the ones already present in game are sufficient. The problem is likely to do with your carvariations.meta. Have you installed any modifications previously which use the FBI/FBI2 slots?

Well yes, but I've deleted it when I've downloaded your files so I can install your models using the package installer.

If you've installed other mods which edit vehicles.meta or carvariations.meta it could be what is causing your conflict. To test this, rename your mods folder to something else (mods_old), create a new mods folder, and install only my vehicles to see if they work okay.

I did and, in deed, it works great !

Well now, I have to copy again all my 60 added car models to this new mod folder x') (I'm impatient as hell !)

Hey !

After few hours I finally found where the conflict came from : it's was the carcols.ymt from this model that generated the conflict !

I removed it and replaced by the original carcols.ymt and all your models works great (as some others which had some lightning bugs too).  So I tell it for the others who may have the same issue witht he FBI2's lightbar in front of the vehicle : check your carcols !

@Captain14 For note, I installed your pack as a standalone.I installed a custom carcols that was meant to change the in-game police lighting effect on buildings (such as flashing proper red an blue and a wider range).  Unfortunately I am having the same lightbar issue on the FBI models as Sakeeee.  Is there anyway at all to go in and only modify one line or two of the carcols for your models?  Or is that not possible?

@Captain14 i changed the name of the unmarked tahoe in your new 5.0 pack to fbi3 from fbi2 and i had it spawning but no light and sirens i have gone in all the files and renamed all files to fbi3 and still a no go but on version 4.5 it worked what changed to break this?

when i have 4 stars on me it crashes my game i think when the fbi want to spawn my game crashes is there a reason to this ??
