Hello,
Thank you for downloading the Los Santos Police Department Pack v1. I have been working on this pack off and on after 
being busy with school and whatnot. It isn't done, but I really wanted to get this out to the community. I made it so that the antennas and pushbar on each model is an extra also. So far the following bugs have been identified:

  • on all the models the partition and dominator lights appear washed out at certain times of the day (being worked on)
  •  the 2014 Dodge Charger and 2014 Ford Explorer's wheel's disappear from a distance

I hope you guys can live with these bugs until I have time to fix them. I have become very busy with school coming to a 
close and finals coming up. I hope you all understand. Spotlights will also be added in the next update.

 

Installation and Usage

The cars can be installed in the patchday9ng vehicles.rpf located here:
update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday9ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\

The carvariations must be installed to insure the 2014 Explorer's lights work properly. You can install that here: 
\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpheist\dlc.rpf\common\data

 

Planned Features

  • on all the models the partition and dominator lights appear washed out at certain times of the day (being worked on)
  • add correct LOD's for 14' Charger and Explorer
  • add spotlights to all cars

 

Miscellaneous

Hello, this pack is awesome and thank you for it. Can you please tell me one thing, can i use the Charger for Police? I have another car on Police2 and like to use Charger for Police. Please reply :)

The cars are looking AMAZING! :)

But I have a problem....I have installed Radiance V....I tryed it with and without Radiance....but the emergencylights are always white :( 

PostFX is set on Ultra but nothing has changed :(

Can you help me fix it?

    I LOVE your models Virzza! GREAT work!! The only preference I have would be having the ability to tint the windows :biggrin: I tried tinting them already but it tints the light bar as well :( I like my cop cars with a dark tint :teehee:

    awesome work thank you. i use the crown vic for my sheriff and it looks so brilliant and i put in blue lights only on it :)

    For me there are no police models to replace in update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday9ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\ ?

    If i try to move them over i get the error "Unable to add files"

    The lights seem to lose there color and intensity at distances very fast.

    With the Explorer the window tint is set to "Pure Black" and I have to manually change it to none to see any of the lights. Carvations Fix?

    anyone know how to make the bar lights brighter ? already have RADIANCE_V but still from distance its like there's no lights

    I have to same issue as I installed in to police3 slot, but I solved it after put the carvariation.meta in, I guess that meta can make all cars in this pack working in police3 slot

    I was trying to make a texture pack for this and noticed that the "TEMPLATE" file in the Charger folder is the same as the CVPI

    I love this particular livery for the patrol unit. Does this pack come with blue highlights rather than the yellow? Would look soooo cool in blue.
