Once you've installed the original model, Go to the location it was installed and then drag and drop my YTD into the models location. If you installed the original models ELS file, You wont need mine, Otherwise just drag and drop the ELS XML document into your pack default folder in the ELS folder. 

 

This is a West Midlands Police skin based on a discontinued vehicle that was used at a local police station to me
