I believe his textures were removed because there were no screenshots.
 

@johnpope85 I see you got OpenIV working. Link the models you are getting the templates from in the description or leave the name of the person who uploaded the model so they know exactly what vehicle to put them on. Change the fonts up a little and consider using proper colors for the vehicle and text so the text is clearly visible. Practice makes perfect

In retrospective, I retract my statement.

For all I care, go look up BayAreaBuggs' tutorials on how to texture - hopefully should get you somewhere. As for me, I'm not enjoying the drama I keep stirring up on the GTA modding community. Maybe I'll take a break, who knows.

Some of the text seems a bit oversize for the vehicle kind of like it was just slapped on there.

Also we need license plates. Driving around without a license plate isn't good either.

Maybe break up the lettering if it is going to go through a door as well? It looks weird that a Department would have a letter getting cut off because the door was opening in that spot.

 I think more than a few are enjoying the drama, I was reading up on the fella rating his own textures 5 stars, proved to be a humerus read if I'm to be honest
