[ELS] Unmarked/Grapeseed CVPI [Addon/Replace] 1.0.0

I really love what you did with this, but some feedback I have would be to make the blue lights more dark blue because it just kinda seems lighter than it should be, and maybe a workable spotlight or if you can't make a working one, have it pointed down. Other than that, good work and I would love to see more!

thanks for the suggestions, I def will look into that!

The Plate needs fixing but other than that its a solid build for an older unmarked. Still see some of these around till this day especially with all the lighting so I give this a solid 8/10 and once the plates fixed it goes up lol. Bravo!
