Version 1.131 Update:

 

- Fixed Add On Vehicles so they can now pull over vehicles

- Fixed Add On Vehicles so you can change the wheels if you would like through mod use

- Fixed the July 4th F-150 so that it is back within the pack

- Double Checked Speed7 and it is not crashing (Not a fixed but was checked)

 

Install Instruction Update:

 

1. In your dlclist.xml file add  <Item>dlcpacks:/statewide/</Item> to the bottom of it
(This file can be found at: mods/common.rpf/data/)
*Note* If you don't feel comfortable with this process I've included my file. DO NOT USE IT
IF YOU ARE USING OTHER MODS OR IT WILL BREAK IT. Mine also has MPCLOTHES and EUP but that is it.

 

2. In the Vehicle Files folder drag and drop the statewide folder in your mods/update/x64/dlcpacks folder

 

Hello Everybody,

 

Welp, I've been promising this pack for quite some time and after 10 months of building it, it has finally come to be. 

 

There is so many lightbars, configurations, setups, features that it is hard to name all of them so I'm sure I am going to miss some of the unique touches I put into each department and the overall ones within the pack but I will do my best to remember. This pack is planned to be supported with fixes to issues as I come across them while recording content.

 

- Over 60 Vehicles that you can customize to your liking with light color setups and/or liveries

- 4k Liveries for +HI YTD's and 2k Liveries for YTD

- Replacement Vehicles to Replace Default LEO Vehicles that have working LOD's (I am no good at creating LOD's so they are not the most optimized but they are there)

- Light Pod Templates (You are able to change any light pod color on any of the vehicles you want. The template is included in the files to do this)

- All Blue Light Setup has been included for those that want to run all blues but customize however you want!

- Vehicle Templates (You are able to change the liveries to something else that you desire instead. The Template is provided to make your own)

- Reflective Liveries (The Paleto Bay Department vehicles DO have reflective Liveries)

- Siren Controller(I forget which departments I did this to, but the siren controller lights for the different stages do work for the extra detail)

- Working Radar (The Vehicles Speed Tracked (Green Light) works in the HEAT units using the Rockstar Race Dash Dials)

- Rotating Spotlight (All of the vehicles have working Spotlights (With the exception of the CVPI's) the work with the Scoop Dummy (Controlled the same way as the bulldozer)

- Working Take Down Lights (All Vehicles have Take Downs with the exception of the Misc Service Ones)

- Working Traffic Advisor Lights  (For vehicles that have a traffic advisor)

- Working Ally Lights (All Vehicles)

- Rambar and Wrap Around Extra (Some departments have the option to install a wrap around on your rambar, others have the option to run no rambar)

- Accessory removal (On the FBI/Unmarked units you can choose to remove/add a rambar and/or add/remove ALPR Camera's mounted on the roof)

- Lights that move with doors (If I have a light on a door, it should move when you open it, this includes trunks as well as bumpers if they get blown off)

- Working Cargo Organizer (When You open the trunk on most models, the trunk organizer drawer will open up as well with accessories/equipment inside)

- Plus Much More that I can't think of.

FAQ:

- Do you plan to make a non els version?

If I'm bored, and GTA 6 hasn't been announced yet, then I may try and make an Non ELS Version of this pack. It of coarse, will have limitations due to the settings and features ELS can provide (Take Downs, Traffic Advisors, etc.) over non els.

 

- Do you plan to add more vehicles?

It is possible. I did want to maybe do some Fort Zancudo vehicles as well but its not guaranteed

 

- I can't get this to work, can you help me install it?

No, I'm sorry but my time is very stretched thin to where I can't hold anyone's hand. You are downloading this with the understanding/knowledge of how to install vehicles into your game. I've set this up as a DLC only to better optimize the file size of the download.

 

- Can I upload my liveries I create?

Yes! You may re upload the YTD file with your created livery. I ask however that you link your upload to this page so the YFT can be downloaded. DO NOT UPLOAD THE YFT Files!

Version 1.131 Update:

 

- Fixed Add On Vehicles so they can now pull over vehicles

I'll take a look here shortly and see what the issue is causing the weird liveries and the vehicles not pulling over for you. If I can figure them out I'll get a hotfix out right away so that it resolves these issues.

 

I'm just guessing but possibly has to do with one of the meta's not loading correctly but will double check

    I see the problem with the Evleo as it wasn't in the newest update and probably why it couldn't be spawned lol.

    If you are using V 1.12 this will still be an issue due to the handling line in the vehicle meta. Version 1.13 addresses this and changes the handling to police3

     

     

    12/20/24:

    I am making progress on that I have a new install of LSPDFR setup along with dropping the download folder straight into the game:

     

    • Speed7 Does not crash. If you are getting crashing its because on version 1.12 it has a bad handling line and needs to be changed to POLICE3
    • The Cars not pulling over I am having the same issue with now too. I think I've narrowed it down to the carvariation or vehicle meta having a bad > bracket or something in the code. If anyone happens to see it and finds it before me it would be much appreciated if you shared it so I may change it and upload version 1.31

    This is a vehicle mod. It has nothing to do with peds

    This is an els pack so it requires ELS in order to work. ELS is not outdated so advancedhook from it should be working just fine

    Update:

     

    12/20/24: I believe I've fixed the following with the help of Fishybuckjr on my discord and it was due to missing code in the Content.xml and Setup2.xml files (Sorry I am new do Add on's so I wasn't quite sure how these should look like).

     

    Fixes will be:

    - Add on Vehicles can now pull over vehicles

    - F-150 July 4th Truck will now be a spawn
    - All Add On Vehicles have the ability to change wheels 
    - Confirmed Speed7 does not crash anyone

    Your right looks like it didn't save. If you are in my discord I uploaded the files just for that there if you want to just download and add them but I'm reuploading this version now

    I know it is probably user error but does anyone have a video on how to install and spawn these vehicles with simple trainer? I followed the read me but don't know how to spawn them in game or if I even installed the pack correctly. For the added line I added it to my own DLC list XML , and when I see the vehicle in open iv they are there. Thank you.

    Check if you have the newest simple trainer version because since i updated mine, every addon vehicle was already in trainerv. I dont know if it came with the newest verion but I first noticed it after replacing the file with the newer version. https://de.gta5-mods.com/scripts/simple-trainer-for-gtav

    Awesome pack, only issue i'm having is I keep getting ejected killed when I try to pit another vehicle with my gator, pretty sure im doing something wrong on my end though

    This may be an obvious question, but am I able to put all of the vehicles into my game files for LSPDFR? Or will it be limited to the regular 3 LSPD, 2 LSSD, and BSCO? But otherwise, this  pack looks absolutely amazing! Never have seen a pack have so many police cars and sure enough none with LSFD included. Keep up the great work!

    love this pack but the ELS lights arent working 3rd stage is just the rear lights and nothing on first or second stage. would love some help thanks

    socal thero is one of the best model makers of all time, this pack of his is a chefs kiss to the entire site. I'm also glad he has an open mind and actually take time to try to fix people bugs, he is a real one. i wish he took commission orders.

    Thats the future plan is more K9 units. Not sure which departments but I plan on making more

    You Can put all of the vehicles in your game and it'll replace the vehicles that it replaces and have add on vehicles that you can use by using a trainer to spawn them

    I use to take commissions however with GTA 6 around the coroner I have many of my other releases I'd like to update before GTA 6 is the new thing

    I think the Gator works like a motorcycle so it might just be how its setup with the handling and meta's. Just guessing though as I haven't had that problem before

    This is awesome. The only thing I'd suggest is that Grapeseed would probably invest in a old Dodge Charger just like their neighbors in Paleto Bay and Sandy Shores did.

     

     

    Do you have any plans for a single vehicle for Harmony and/or any of Los Santos' potential Subdivisions like Vinewood, Davis, Rockford Hills etc?

    Trying to spawn in the sherrif vehicles, and none of them working. Hoping this will get fixed since i love those vehicles. (all the other vehicles are working)

    This pack is awesome. I even use the alternate skin pack as well for lssd and bcso.

    The only suggestions i think i could make, is maybe fixing the weird invisible collision box on the BCSO F-250, and the 2 rams from PBPD and LSSD.

    They're my favourite vehicles in the pack but i cant get close to anything on the driver side of the vehicle without it randomly catching on something.

     

    Great pack overall though. Very well made.
