I have the same issue

For anyone experiencing crashing with v1.1, the included vehicles.meta in the .rpf is blank

1.) Extract the vehicles.meta from the MetaFiles folder

2.) In OpenIV, navigate to 'mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>statecars>dlc.rpf>data'

3.) Make sure Edit Mode is turned on, drag and drop the vehicles.meta and overwrite.

Game still crashes on loading. When I redownloaded the pack, the meta included was not blank. I replaced the original meta with the one in the MetaFiles folder and it didn't change anything. 

I have the same issue as him, i tried using the metas included in the file, and also redownloaded it too but my game continues to crash, any help would be greatly appreciated!

i tried installing it, put everthing in the right place but it wont load in game 

speed7 crashes the game FYI awesome pack thoe

You would think after so many people posting about having issues with it after the update something would be done about it. Went to his discord and was going to ask about it and I seen in the rules to not ask about dev work or releases when there are tutorials out there. Sadly, seems like nothing will be done for it. 

Guys. Before you start blasting Thero just remember that its Christmas time. He released this pack for FREE for us all to enjoy and have fun with. While yes the crashing issue is annoying, its a busy time of year for one. Two, Thero has other projects he works on in his free time for private communities/clients. Be respectful about it and be grateful for what you have. If you can't use the 1.1 update deal with the crashes from Speed7 and that in 1.0 until an update gets pushed.

Does someone have agency and UB xml files by any chance?

None of the Emergency lights are working, some lightbars just have the left side on permantly or none at all, or all on static. I installed this with LML

Looks good but I think it'd be better if it didn't replace/use slots & files for already ingame vehicles (police1-4, sheriff1-2, etc.) as this caused issues for me & I had to delete it & go around fixing things I had accidentally deleted to make room for this, like VCFs & re-editing the vehicles.meta & such.

best fucking car pack i've ever seen

but some cars have some questionable destruction physics (the sheriff 2011 car thing has visible static parts on rear left headlight when wrecked)

No, because this is the ONLY car pack Ive installed and it's crashing me now. Trying to figure it out....

If you haven't done what the Author has instructed in the Pinned Comments, do it. When I updated my Game it was crashing mine as well and I went into mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>statecars>dlc.rpf>data, and found that the vehicles.meta file was completely missing. Go into the original download folder, locate the vehicle.meta file, follow the same path in OIV, drag and drop. If that doesn't work, try downloading a previous version and repeating the same steps. 

How to Video Will be out tomorrow. Time stamp is at 1 hour and 44 minutes for how I install the pack the way I do.

... This is a dlc addon. The vehicles that gets replaced from ingame can be swapped out easily. VCFS is as easy as Not installing the ones you dont want. Vehicles.meta is for the dlc folder not the actual vehicles.meta (Could be wrong dont quote me on this) Regardless if you had read the description and everything else youd know this is an all in one package... Youd know what vehicles are being added and replaced. So look how about this dont drag and drop everything you see... ESPECIALLY if you MANUALLY edited some files... 

What the heck is up with this mod. I cant install it using LML and not having much luck installing it manually.

When I install this it crashes my game. Half of the files are replacement and the other half is add-on.  Everything is fine in open iv but the xml files replace other vehicles. How do you get around that?

Yeah i've had issues with it as well, not sure what was going wrong. I followed the video they posted as well. Its a shame it looks great. 

How can I get the Paleto Bay Dodge Ram to work as a Police Vehicle? PBPD6 is the file name. I have checked the SirenSettings and it is in fact set to "1", but for some reason this is the only vehicle that cannot pull vehicles over. Anyone know a fix?

Same  here I installed everything correctly and it won't load the models it say they are invalid by chance have you figured out the issue?

To be honest, it took me some major effort to install it. But looking at a generic way to add add-ons and processing that in the dlcpacks.xml worked partially.

The meta is in the wrong location but others already mentioned a working fix for that. 

It is working now, for all vehicles except speed7 so I simply removed that vehicle. 

I enjoy the pack, the quality is really high. 

Putting some research in Jurisdictions+ and setting up all the vehicles was very rewarding. I also added relevant ambulances and firetrucks from medic's packs and gave every agency their own siren pack. This is really awesome. 

To be honest, it took me some major effort to install it. And the video of Theros confused me a lot because half of it is about how he has set up his files and folders which is completely irrelevant for me. But looking at a generic way to add add-ons and processing that in the dlcpacks.xml worked partially.

The meta is in the wrong location but others already mentioned a working fix for that. That helped!
