Version 1.131 Update:

 

- Fixed Add On Vehicles so they can now pull over vehicles

- Fixed Add On Vehicles so you can change the wheels if you would like through mod use

- Fixed the July 4th F-150 so that it is back within the pack

- Double Checked Speed7 and it is not crashing (Not a fixed but was checked)

 

Install Instruction Update:

 

1. In your dlclist.xml file add  <Item>dlcpacks:/statewide/</Item> to the bottom of it
(This file can be found at: mods/common.rpf/data/)
*Note* If you don't feel comfortable with this process I've included my file. DO NOT USE IT
IF YOU ARE USING OTHER MODS OR IT WILL BREAK IT. Mine also has MPCLOTHES and EUP but that is it.

 

2. In the Vehicle Files folder drag and drop the statewide folder in your mods/update/x64/dlcpacks folder

 

Hello Everybody,

 

Welp, I've been promising this pack for quite some time and after 10 months of building it, it has finally come to be. 

 

There is so many lightbars, configurations, setups, features that it is hard to name all of them so I'm sure I am going to miss some of the unique touches I put into each department and the overall ones within the pack but I will do my best to remember. This pack is planned to be supported with fixes to issues as I come across them while recording content.

 

- Over 60 Vehicles that you can customize to your liking with light color setups and/or liveries

- 4k Liveries for +HI YTD's and 2k Liveries for YTD

- Replacement Vehicles to Replace Default LEO Vehicles that have working LOD's (I am no good at creating LOD's so they are not the most optimized but they are there)

- Light Pod Templates (You are able to change any light pod color on any of the vehicles you want. The template is included in the files to do this)

- All Blue Light Setup has been included for those that want to run all blues but customize however you want!

- Vehicle Templates (You are able to change the liveries to something else that you desire instead. The Template is provided to make your own)

- Reflective Liveries (The Paleto Bay Department vehicles DO have reflective Liveries)

- Siren Controller(I forget which departments I did this to, but the siren controller lights for the different stages do work for the extra detail)

- Working Radar (The Vehicles Speed Tracked (Green Light) works in the HEAT units using the Rockstar Race Dash Dials)

- Rotating Spotlight (All of the vehicles have working Spotlights (With the exception of the CVPI's) the work with the Scoop Dummy (Controlled the same way as the bulldozer)

- Working Take Down Lights (All Vehicles have Take Downs with the exception of the Misc Service Ones)

- Working Traffic Advisor Lights  (For vehicles that have a traffic advisor)

- Working Ally Lights (All Vehicles)

- Rambar and Wrap Around Extra (Some departments have the option to install a wrap around on your rambar, others have the option to run no rambar)

- Accessory removal (On the FBI/Unmarked units you can choose to remove/add a rambar and/or add/remove ALPR Camera's mounted on the roof)

- Lights that move with doors (If I have a light on a door, it should move when you open it, this includes trunks as well as bumpers if they get blown off)

- Working Cargo Organizer (When You open the trunk on most models, the trunk organizer drawer will open up as well with accessories/equipment inside)

- Plus Much More that I can't think of.

FAQ:

- Do you plan to make a non els version?

If I'm bored, and GTA 6 hasn't been announced yet, then I may try and make an Non ELS Version of this pack. It of coarse, will have limitations due to the settings and features ELS can provide (Take Downs, Traffic Advisors, etc.) over non els.

 

- Do you plan to add more vehicles?

It is possible. I did want to maybe do some Fort Zancudo vehicles as well but its not guaranteed

 

- I can't get this to work, can you help me install it?

No, I'm sorry but my time is very stretched thin to where I can't hold anyone's hand. You are downloading this with the understanding/knowledge of how to install vehicles into your game. I've set this up as a DLC only to better optimize the file size of the download.

 

- Can I upload my liveries I create?

Yes! You may re upload the YTD file with your created livery. I ask however that you link your upload to this page so the YFT can be downloaded. DO NOT UPLOAD THE YFT Files!

I could of sworn this was a problem before and I addressed it. I'm thinking it might be something in the meta's. If you haven't tried pulling the meta from the folders instead of the DLC and see if it works because I cannot replicate this issue still

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. After installing the vehicle files and all the meta files in their places, I can't get the addon vehicles to spawn with the trainer. They aren't recognized. Was I supposed to do something other than drop the carvariations and handling metas into the common.rpf data folder, and the vehicles meta in the levels gtav folder?

Did you add <Item>dlcpacks:/statecars/</Item> to your dlclist.xml? (Mods>Update>Update.rpf>Common>Data) Simply paste it at the bottom below the other lines

Does this apply if I pulled the vehicle files from the dlc pack instead up just placing the dlc pack? I was following the instructions in the install video and don't recall that step. I could very well be wrong though.

If speed7 crashes, change the handlingID to a different ID than the car added in the update. Example: police3

For some reason, the meta of the addon in the mod and the meta added in the update are not compatible.

    I'm having the same issue they are and I did mine manually. It looks like its due to some components getting turned on automatically. As in; when you spawn a vehicle from the LSPDFR garage you have to disable all the components before you spawn it otherwise some of the lights get stuck on. It also happens when spawning with a trainer. It doesn't seem to happen to every vehicle or all the time, just some vehicles sometimes.

    I tried to change some cars to the blue lights settings but after i change the file it still have red ''lights'' and idk how to change it

    Most of the vehicle models aren't loading/spawning when trying to insert them. I have done everything correctly according to the installation video. Fixed. vehicle ytd files were not installed, my mistake!

    Hey, I'm not sure if anyone else is having this issue. But it seems like the pack doesn't like other addons. I love this pack and want to use it; however, for example, other vehicle packs won't load in my trainer. :(( Any ideas?

    Im experiencing a few issues with RIOT and FIRETRUK where NPCs cannot get into the 3rd passenger seat, they will do the animation and continue walking into the vehicle until they timeout and teleport into it (which takes awhile, perhaps forever if theyre not your partner). Is there any fix for this issue?

    How would I allow changes to wheels with this pack? I have a mod installed that has police wheels in it and would like to use it on a few cars when patrolling with them.

    I use simple trainer and change the wheels in there and then save the vehicle through that like a garage. That way I just load it through the vehicle save and it's got everything I done to it

    Look to see if you have a police 9 I think. Mine has same issue and I'm also missing the 4th of July truck, but haven't heard a thing when I asked.

    lol i completely forgot i even sent this message. Well to say the least I've had this pack installed for a while now as my primary pack as its just simple and replaces everything and adds more to the equation especially with the custom xmls from the other creator (yes ik its not official) but it works. Tho the only problem which isnt even a problem are the unmarked (fbi) vehicles not having bullbars, unless im doing something wrong? It has the alpr on the top but a bullbar would make it look even better. Either way I love your pack, keep up the good work. And for further idk perhaps add some tow trucks and a flat bed. Other than that pack is amazing.
