Version 1.131 Update:

 

- Fixed Add On Vehicles so they can now pull over vehicles

- Fixed Add On Vehicles so you can change the wheels if you would like through mod use

- Fixed the July 4th F-150 so that it is back within the pack

- Double Checked Speed7 and it is not crashing (Not a fixed but was checked)

 

Install Instruction Update:

 

1. In your dlclist.xml file add  <Item>dlcpacks:/statewide/</Item> to the bottom of it
(This file can be found at: mods/common.rpf/data/)
*Note* If you don't feel comfortable with this process I've included my file. DO NOT USE IT
IF YOU ARE USING OTHER MODS OR IT WILL BREAK IT. Mine also has MPCLOTHES and EUP but that is it.

 

2. In the Vehicle Files folder drag and drop the statewide folder in your mods/update/x64/dlcpacks folder

 

Hello Everybody,

 

Welp, I've been promising this pack for quite some time and after 10 months of building it, it has finally come to be. 

 

There is so many lightbars, configurations, setups, features that it is hard to name all of them so I'm sure I am going to miss some of the unique touches I put into each department and the overall ones within the pack but I will do my best to remember. This pack is planned to be supported with fixes to issues as I come across them while recording content.

 

- Over 60 Vehicles that you can customize to your liking with light color setups and/or liveries

- 4k Liveries for +HI YTD's and 2k Liveries for YTD

- Replacement Vehicles to Replace Default LEO Vehicles that have working LOD's (I am no good at creating LOD's so they are not the most optimized but they are there)

- Light Pod Templates (You are able to change any light pod color on any of the vehicles you want. The template is included in the files to do this)

- All Blue Light Setup has been included for those that want to run all blues but customize however you want!

- Vehicle Templates (You are able to change the liveries to something else that you desire instead. The Template is provided to make your own)

- Reflective Liveries (The Paleto Bay Department vehicles DO have reflective Liveries)

- Siren Controller(I forget which departments I did this to, but the siren controller lights for the different stages do work for the extra detail)

- Working Radar (The Vehicles Speed Tracked (Green Light) works in the HEAT units using the Rockstar Race Dash Dials)

- Rotating Spotlight (All of the vehicles have working Spotlights (With the exception of the CVPI's) the work with the Scoop Dummy (Controlled the same way as the bulldozer)

- Working Take Down Lights (All Vehicles have Take Downs with the exception of the Misc Service Ones)

- Working Traffic Advisor Lights  (For vehicles that have a traffic advisor)

- Working Ally Lights (All Vehicles)

- Rambar and Wrap Around Extra (Some departments have the option to install a wrap around on your rambar, others have the option to run no rambar)

- Accessory removal (On the FBI/Unmarked units you can choose to remove/add a rambar and/or add/remove ALPR Camera's mounted on the roof)

- Lights that move with doors (If I have a light on a door, it should move when you open it, this includes trunks as well as bumpers if they get blown off)

- Working Cargo Organizer (When You open the trunk on most models, the trunk organizer drawer will open up as well with accessories/equipment inside)

- Plus Much More that I can't think of.

FAQ:

- Do you plan to make a non els version?

If I'm bored, and GTA 6 hasn't been announced yet, then I may try and make an Non ELS Version of this pack. It of coarse, will have limitations due to the settings and features ELS can provide (Take Downs, Traffic Advisors, etc.) over non els.

 

- Do you plan to add more vehicles?

It is possible. I did want to maybe do some Fort Zancudo vehicles as well but its not guaranteed

 

- I can't get this to work, can you help me install it?

No, I'm sorry but my time is very stretched thin to where I can't hold anyone's hand. You are downloading this with the understanding/knowledge of how to install vehicles into your game. I've set this up as a DLC only to better optimize the file size of the download.

 

- Can I upload my liveries I create?

Yes! You may re upload the YTD file with your created livery. I ask however that you link your upload to this page so the YFT can be downloaded. DO NOT UPLOAD THE YFT Files!

Great pack! It makes life so easy! It would be nice if there were uniforms that matched, but the best bit is the picture of Chuck and Geroge on the cars! beautiful

Loving it, but for some reason Police5 spawns in as the default vehicle, is there a fix for that?

That is the old version. Police5 is now Police9

Is anyone else having the issue that the Coroner Van is still the original one? Everything else is working as it should, but for some reason the Coroner Van did not replace the default. I can spawn it fine.

*Edit I figured out what happened and it is working now. I forgot that I did try making the livery a larger size from 4K and once I realized that and once I made it to 8K and tested it worked fine. Great pack and loving the cars and hard work. Keep it up.

 

I have took this one (Sheriff3 - 2018 Dodge Charger) and renamed it and it worked fine a few games then suddenly started crashing the game and nothing has been added or changed since the previous game plays with this vehicle. I have no idea what has happened but all other vehicles that I use and even a few more from your pack works fine it is just this one model for some odd reason. Any ideas?

If you are using Ultimate Back up you need to change the INI to have the correct spawn code for the coroner. By Default it uses the Speedo

    my game is crashing when loading in. i have followed the instructions to the T and have been troubleshooting for a while now. the game will run without the dlc pack. are there any mods required that i maybe am missing?

    Hey man, great pack. I am having some weird invisible collision boxes on most trucks and suvs with this pack. They are all where the middle pillar is between the driver door and the rear driver side door. Im just wondering if i maybe installed something wrong ? I have no messed with the metas or anything so i cant seem to figure it out.

    @cire2222 Did you use SoCal's dlclist.xml file? Or did you add the string to your own?

    Your most likely gonna need a gameconfig file otherwise gta 5 crashes loading too many addon cars. I recommend KRYST4LCLR's Gameconfig found here... Had alot of success with this one.

    It seems that the meta files cause the game to crash. I had installed handling.meta and vehicle.meta and my game crashed when launching story mode with RPH. By putting the basic meta files of the game back in place, the crash no longer happens.

     

    Edit : I'm just stupid, i was not supposed to move meta files of this pack into my game.

    I really like this mod — great work! The vehicles and overall setup are top notch. It would be awesome if you could add tow trucks to the pack, and also include ALPR systems on the police cars. That would make it even more immersive for patrols. Thanks for all your hard work!

    speed 7 crashes my game when i go to spawn it the only vehicle in the pack that does it other than that love the pack

    I can not for the life of it get your mod to my gta V folder. Each time I try it just refuses to transfer or gives me the notification that I do not have enough space to complete the transfer. I have about 332GB of disc space remaining and only have two other vehicle packs that are less then 42mb in the folder> I am not using your files I am using the statewide files to manually install the vehicles. What is the issue that causes this to happen? I cleared out all temp files and even did a full clean install of gta V and lspdfr and still nothing works for it.

    Working on an update with this pack that also includes some extra/new vehicles as well. Hoping that I can get it done before I have to record again for content, I plan to include/create a Ultimate Backup (and if possible a Policing Redefined) xml files for backup use that uses the public release version of EUP. This will be needed to spawn the add on vehicles I am adding (see photo) as the game doesn't support multiple "replace" ambulances and with this one being on the higher poly side, its going to just serve as an add on.

    What worked for me is making sure you installed gameconfig and heap/resource/packfile limit adjuster(s). Also try to restart your PC and launch GTA5 through the PlayGTAV file rather than through RPH the first time you play with the pack in the game. Hope that helps.

    PLEASE make one for Policing Redefined, thats what I use and everyone I know who plays LSPDFR uses and if u can make one for Grammar Police to? I love this pack but I cant have ultimate backup and policing redifned installed together but IF ANYONE KNOWS A FIX please respond and tell me or Disc me at Simba#1774
