About the Vehicle:

This vehicle was originally uploaded on 09/8/2018. To this day, It is still my most downloaded vehicle. I cannot thank you all enough for the support you have shown this file. This file has been continuously updated as my assets and skillset develops. Today, I'm prod to be able to release this vehicle with a complete overhaul. This vehicle has been completely redone from the tire up. The vehicle base has been changed along with many other developmental parts. This vehicle features the best equipment the modding community has to offer. Thank you to the amazing devs that put in countless hours. This vehicle still averages an insane amount of downloads DAILY. If you have previously used this vehicle, the old version will be included in the download should you choose to use it. Like I stated previously, all the lighting has been redone. I have tried to keep the lighting scheme similar for those who liked it how it was. The antennas have also been redone to reflect a more realistic police vehicle antenna setup. Check out the roadmap for projects coming in the near future. If you made a livery for the old version, it should still work with the new base.

Please use the included ELS files so the lights will function the way they were designed to. Feel free to leave your thoughts in the comments.  DM me if you find any bugs, so I can get them fixed as quick as possible. CONSTRUCTIVE CRITISIM is always appreciated.

you can't make a skin and it will stay locked. None of my models will be unlocked.

You being 12 has nothing to do with anything. The model will not be released unlocked at all.

Is the license plate text like this for anyone else's model? Doesn't happen with other models. Isolated to this one.

Ranking me one out of however many doesn't really prove fuckall in this case, just FYI. If anything it just shows I'm the first one to publicly discuss the issue. 

Not trying to be disrespectful to anyone, but I'm also having the same issue with it showing up as white. I replaced another unmarked charger with this one and tried to place my skin on it because I like this one better. Any help would be much appreciated!!

Already on it lol    I'll consider this one again if it gets an update that fixes the issue that makes it the one and only car I can't seem to change skins on

    I've changed everything on this thing that could possibly be linked to the skin but no change.. sucks because I like the car otherwise.

    There will be an update tonight fixing issues with the skin and the license plate.

    That's awesome Ranger.. it's a great car otherwise. I've been using it for my fbi car as it came and then I started searching for the perfect all blue lit slicktop charger to make a marked or ghost unit. This will be great for that once updated. Thanks so much for all the work you put into this for all of us!!

    Love this car, one of the best, nice lookin, and fun to drive.

    The only thing i noticed is that the car lights (front and back) are a bit too dark so they are not 100% visible

    I got the same problem but you cant change the livery so its only showing up like this
