Hello Everyone,

After 8 Long on and off Months of working on this Pack it is finally being released for everyone to use:

Thero's Lore Friendly, Fictional, ELS Vehicle Pack (23 Total Vehicles).

This is a Lore Friendly pack and not based on any real emergency services department.

Special Thanks:
-To everyone who released the DEV models to make these possible. Sharing with the community really helps showcase multiple talents and ideas and wouldn't be possible without all your help and support of the community!!!

-Special Thanks to @Sinnisa and @shadowdiver710 of LSPDFR. They went and Created the Liveries for Almost all of the vehicles as well as help me with creating the liveries that I made in the pack, as well as Beta Testing the Pack to help me find any bugs and/or issues that I may have overlooked.

-Also Want to Thank @Mr.JonnhyCZG of LSPDFR. He offered his services to Beta Test the Pack as well as take amazing pictures and create a video for the Pack to showcase the great work that All 3 of these LSPDFR members were apart of.

*NOTE* These 3 packs obviously have a lot of time and energy in them when I worked on them. If you find issues other than in the known issues that I may have overlooked please let me know and I'll try and provide a fix and update the file

What Comes in the Pack:
-3 "Add On" Vehicle Files with CarVariation and Vehicle.meta files modified for them (Simply type in the file name in your trainer to spawn the vehicle).

-2 "Replacement" Vehicle Files.

-All ELS Files for Lightning Setup -Credit to @shadowdiver710 for doing these.

-Multiple Liveries Enabled for All of the Vehicle Models (Additional CarVariation & Vehicle.meta edits maybe needed for some vehicles already not enabled).

-Templates to Create Your Own Liveries for the models (I'm sorry I had to create new ones for every vehicle. I wanted to use already created templates however I am not very good in regards to painting Black and White Units).

-Extras-
-FBI5 Tahoe has ALPR Cameras that are extras.

Vehicle Files Included:
-FBI CVPI
-FBI2 Suburban
-FBI3 Impala (Add On Vehicle)
-FBI4 Charger (Add On Vehicle)

Great pack, but I have some suggestions for the future.

- Add secondary lights to the Suburban

- Add takedowns to the Suburban

- Add door trim to the CVPI

- Swap the position of the rear secondary and primary lights on the CVPI

The suburban was based off of the design of an ATF (Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, Explosives) vehicle. As that vehicle had no rear warning lights, this model will have no warning lights.

Ill try and update here this weekend or the following weekend to at least get the trim version to work i agree door trim should be added to give a more undercover look.

Update 1.0.1 takes care of the door trims.

Just noticed the file is not the correct one.

I've updated with version 1.0.1 with the correct file.

After using your pack for a few days i can't help notice a few problems... mainly with the lights:

(i did not want to leave a comment on each of your packs, so these are not exclusive to your undercover pack)

The lights are barely visible in daylight for most of your cars but some are even worse than others, like the taurus from this pack. The rear lights also only have coronas and they are pretty much invisible during the daylight. While this goes for all your cars in all your packs,  it's more noticeable in your Undercover pack.

The Undercover Impala's rear advisor placement is not ideal, as it would not be visible to anyone from the behind. It is only visible from the camera view or if you sit in a truck.

The fascia/grille lights are also pretty dim and they are also behind the grill making them even less visible than the rest. (cars from other packs too, like the Vic and Taurus from your police pack)

I also think the light patterns / layout is not the best. Everything red and blue is basically linked to primary and only the takedowns are linked to WRNL. This also means that the takedowns are not actually working on any of your cars, despite them being there and even having forced pattern to burn when you get out. Sadly this way they don't actually project any light forward so they are only visual. It would be a lot better if they would be linked to the high beams instead on cars that have actual extras.

The CorVan fascia lights are only blinking on one side at stage 2. (the problem with everything being on PRM) And also the rear right door has broken texture (a small piece is missing on the top).

The Sheriff Charger's lightbar has really bad textures (and i assume the rest of the sheriff vehicles too, but i only use your charger)

Also the new Chargers have non functional 3rd brake lights and the FPIU has the opposite problem, where only the 3rd brake light lights up when braking

If the lights (textures, patterns, layout) could be fixed your packs would be just simply amazing.

It uses the standard vehicle glass vehshare file right now but:

As im seeing this as a trend that people want to do to the suburban and have been getting many messages about it i may release an update soon that separates the headlight glass from the doors so you guys dont have tinted headlights and taillights as well.

Great news! I'm sure we all sincerely hope you do it and are on the edge of our seats right now!

Yes of course... when i made that comment i used Radiance V - Bright visualsettings. Compared to most other ELS cars, his were way too dim.

I already "fixed" that by making new textures for the few cars i still use from his packs.

Great pack, have been using it from the early stages. I was wondering if it would be possible to do the following to make it more accurate:

1) To change the headlights to light up the upper bulb instead of the lower one.

headlights.pngin game headlights.png

2) To illuminate both the upper and lower brake lights cause as it is now, only the upper brake light is illuminated in game while the bottom is off unless the indicators are on.brakelights.png in game backlights.png

3) To separate the tail lights and brake lights, cause the taillights are actually the outer square edges, while the brake lights are the inner squares boxed in by the outer taillight edges. As you can see, in-game the outer edges which are the actual taillights are not illuminated.

I've seen other Tahoes have it as mentioned above, but would die to see it on an actual Suburban.

BEST SUBURBAN REGARDLESS (but would be even more insane with the above improvements :) )!!!

If there was an available DEV Model I'd be happy to but unfortunately there is not one that I know of.

Having big issues with lights, they dont seem to work except for the taillight flashers. Cars themselves look amazing and all add-ons working.  Using radiance v with newest version of all three packs downloaded last night and started over with fresh mod folder.  I Dunno what i am doing wrong.

So this may just be something with my game and my handling file for the cars but the charger of this pack and the f150 of the other pack are weird because when you take a turn the body roll of the car doesn't go the opposite way like all the other cars. But besides that I love the packs.

I'll see about fixing that so its more accurate. It depends on if the models lights have enough poly to do it and make it right.
