Why is the a cage  between the back seat and rear but not between the front seats and back seats.That seems very odd!!

The cage in the back is the Cargo Barrier, it is not a cage. Also, this is not a transport car, this is why it doesn't need a cage.

you took down this tahoe and reuploaded it with it looking the same? still has oversized tires bro...hurk's suburban "Tahoe" needs to be put in better hands its sad to see a good looking vehicle get injected with steroids and misleading people into thinking that "scaled to in game" means accurate size.....this model would be a much better one to convert to ppv as its already scaled more accurately  https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/2015-chevrolet-tahoe-ltz

I took it down to preform fixes, and the wheel size is where you are wrong. The wheels have been scaled down to PPV size as noted by pictures and assisted in turning into a PPV size of wheel. By hah. I will take your suggestion and work on it. The screenshots do not show these fixes. I'm working with people to get screenshots that will show these improvements. Thank you.

Take the car files go into GTAV\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday11ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf.

I have no issues with the car in patchday15, so try it there. Also, make sure OpenIV.asi is installed in the main directory.

I'm really enjoying this tahoe and it's lighting, but I have notice a few things, gauge is non functional (not big to me since I don't first person much), the take downs do not light up the area ahead, nor is does the high beams work.  One other thing I notice the vehicle appears to slightly float off the surface, not sure if that's something in one of my ini files causing that cause I've notice a couple other models from other people the wheels appear to be slightly "buried" in the ground.  I'm still enjoying this model, and not complaining, just appeared you welcome insight into little things so I put my 2 cents in.  Good work and thanks.

Hey there, thanks for the comment, the gauges, I was not aware of and am not sure how to fix as I've never done one of them before,  the takedowns are a weird issue I will have to look into that, as well as the headlights. I was just informed today about the wheel issue and will work on a fix tomorrow (Wednesday, EST Time) after I am off work. I had to work today, so I was not able to get a fix done. Thank you!

EXCELLENT DETAIL! I am very new to this so I am not smart enough yet to get the lights to work. I turn them on just as normal, siren works but lights do not, note this is a user error and not a bug with the vehicle itself.
