Yes they use those mounts to put light bars on the box.

You can change the wheel color in the trainer.

and its not hard to change the light colors, looks like that SS ambo is blue and red lights

if you want red and blue lights i can send you red and blue light textues for the ambo

okay, just the lights then :P

included in the zip file is textures for red/blue and original all red, and modified ELS config to go with it. enjoy i will post theses textures with my FBI and FIB skins in a few mins but enjoy. so the whole light bar is blue, sides are blue, back and front is red an blue.  i wanted the pattern to look some what real.

as long as you dont modify the model itself, just the textures, and once you have uploaded them, be sure to credit the original moderator of this mod.

Just a small correction and addition.  By "moderator" he means author of the mod.  If you make a livery, you do not need to credit anyone unless someone helped you to make it.  You don't even need to link to the vehicle the texture is for if you don't want.  Also, you are more than welcome to just upload the .ytd and/or +hi.ytd containing your livery.  Just don't upload the .yft or _hi.yft.

I'm loving this model. Great job 🤙 
I agree with others that the vehicle is slightly longer/larger than the vanilla ambulance.
Also, my white scene lights wont work. I've tried editing the ELS file multiple times but I cannot get the extra white scene lights to work.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
