I haven't tested it myself so I can't say. But the only thing that might be off would be the handling and remember to rename the els XML file to fbi also otherwise the lights won't work

I would never make a rookie mistake like that  VCF is the first change :)

I have the handling mod in so cars stick the ground like shit to a blanket so should be good. I'll let you know once I've tested it.

I've never tried, but I'm nearly positive ELS vehicles need ELS to function (at least for their lights to function). Either way though, no matter if you're using ELS or not, the vehicle is going to have the same amount of extras. If you're looking for a lot of extras, I'd recommend just not using ELS vehicles.

Thanks, seems there's not point for me to use ELS as it required to replace all of my fleet...

To be honest I had a mess of a game previously. I had some ELS vehicles, several packs from Captain14, and then normal vehicles with another custom carcols. I probably had 15+ add ons. However, ELS is such a unique and amazing feature that I eventually replaced my fleet with just ELS vehicles. But, like I mentioned, it's possible to do a mixture of them.

Hey guys, 

New to LSPDFR and modding. I installed everything as stated in the read me file however the lights don't flash when I hit the sirens. The rear brake lights flash but the interior lights that should flash are not. Not exactly sure what went wrong in the setup...the ELS.XML folder contains "police 4" but the read me instructions do not mention this...not sure exactly where to place this if it's in fact the missing piece for the lights.

A few things you could do

tint windows a bit

make it more of a patrol car, add divider btw back and front inside, put a shotgun and a dashcam or etc to make it look more realisitc. Outside looks great, inside needs work

How do I put this car in the fbi/fib slot?

@POLICESCO Is it possible to have liveries on this vehicle because i've added your meta file and changed the files in Open IV but the vehicle is still white in the Open IV preview and in game. Any ideas how to get liveries working? Its not just this vehicle but all of yours im having problems with mate.

No I'm afraid not it's set up to be an unmarked vehicle

How do I get the car to be black?

@POLICESCO I love this car, but the only thing that I don't like is the trim on the back of the trunk that is commonly black. (Pics for example)

@POLICESCO Is it possible to edit the ELS XML file to get the reverse lights to flash white in addition to everything else in position 3?

Use alt then number 5 on your keyboard to cycle through the reverse light flashers

@POLICESCO Awesome thanks. However i seem to be having a problem extracting the files from the download with WinRar. It wont extract the files, only gives an error message saying the file is corrupt. Could it be the download or just a problem on my end?

Also im looking through the files in the archive and it only seems the police4.ytf file is in the model folder.

It's and issue with lcpdfr. Com it's not my download either there is an issue with the website go onto my gta5mods.com profile you'll get it there

Need some help, I've put the file in the patchday11.ng and installed the meta but im still getting the vapid unmarked cruiser to spawn instead of the CVPI

@POLICESCO Is there a chance of adding the option for skins with this vehicle. I love the vehicle but I want to use it as part of my los santos city highway patrol. Thanks!

@POLICESCO, great model. I do have one problem. For some reason when you are far enough away from the CVPI the coronas from the rear lights appear above the car. Is it something on my end. It is installed in the police4 slot and the meta and ELS xml has been installed correctly. Please help. I absolutely love this model and I want it perfect.
