Welcome to Arrest Manager! This script modification for LSPDFR greatly enhances the way you can deal with your suspects and their vehicles. Are you tired of driving all the way to a jail to deal with a suspect? Would you like to be able to call for reliable prisoner transport units at any time? Arrest Manager provides this, and more. In short, a complete overhaul to the way you can deal with your prisoners!

Requirements - some of these are included (credits go to their appropriate authors):

  • LSPDFR 0.4.2 (not included)
  • Albo1125.Common 6.6.3.0 or higher (included)
  • RAGENativeUI 1.6.3.0 or higher (included)
  • RAGEPluginHook 0.51 or higher (not included)
  • A legal copy of GTA V (versions 1.0.1011.1 or higher1).

 

Installation instructions and further feature documentation are included with the download.

Fixed an issue with jail dropoffs - some LSPDFR jail dropoffs now conflict, but I have kept in Arrest manager's as they offer more functionality and work on suspects arrested through the "Arrest" option on the ctrl H menu.
You can adjust the LSPDFR jail points in the LSPDFR/data/stations.xml file, just remove the <DropOffPosition> tags.
Updated for the new LSPDFR+ 1.7 API (thanks Syzygy94 for the contributions)
Updated RAGENativeUI calls to non deprecated ones.

I decided after installing Arrest Manager, that I would also like to use some features from Stop The Ped.  There are some duplicate buttons now (as expected) in Smart Radio.  Where do I go to clean that up?


Also, is there a way to remove all of Arrest Manager's settings and reinstall from scratch?

im having an issue where if i try to drop a suspect off myself i get the fade screen and the on screen prompt as shown in your video, but i also get a menu on the left that asks me the same thing again but from another mod, though i believe its just the normal lspdfr menu? if i select two different options the game crashes, if i select have the partner bring the suspect in both times then two officers spawn, the first getting the ped from the vehicle and the second soft locks my game while i wait for him to grab a ped that isnt there. is there a way to disable just your prisoner drop off sequence? i didnt see it as an option in the configuration ini but i might be blind.

Hi @smokified

 

To remove the duplicate items from Smart Radio, you need to go to \plugins\LSPDFR\PoliceSmartRadio\ButtonSetup and edit the InVehicle.xml and OnFoot.xml

I installed the arrest warrant when i go to ingame and click f12 and click arrest callout

 

It says failed to start the arrest callout

I second this issue.  Peds just hop right out of the car.  In most cases, I can't even talk to them afterwards.  Sometimes they run off..at which point I can stop them again.  I cannot grab them and attempt to put them in the car again after they jump out...I get the message indicating the script can't find a nearby ped to grab.

    I figured it out ... u just cant use shift+F but you must open police car door, then take ped with E and it should go in car automatically

    Does the new version work with LSPDFR 4.1 or just 4.2? And so i need to replace the .ini file too?

If you know anything about this please comment if you can. Your mods have always been top notch and I'm excited that you have done some more work for them. Any plans on updating Smart Police Radio?

    You should use one or the other. They basically perform the same functions.

    When you're updating mods you usually don't need to update the .ini

     

    I always check to see when it was last modified when viewing it in File Explorer

    I'm having a bug where when I have a ped detained and request transport, the ped will do a mix of following the transporting officer and running back to me. When the officer opens their door, the ped will stand next to me and eventually warp into the car as it drives to the station. Not game-braking, but kinda kills the immersion.

    You install one or the other. Either stop the ped or arrest manager

    You can edit the buttons that show on the radio in the D:\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins\LSPDFR\PoliceSmartRadio\ButtonSetup XML files. That's what I did anyway. It removes the buttons but I still get the warnings.
