Future updates

We are currently working on our next patch, focusing heavily on gameplay stability, performance, and the overall quality of MoreCallout. Here is what you can expect in the upcoming update:

Callout Changes: Some existing callouts will be removed from the pack. We want to focus on quality rather than simply having a large number of callouts, and some of the current ones no longer meet the quality standards we have set for MoreCallout. These will be replaced with new callouts developed with greater attention to detail, better scenarios, improved interactions, and more realistic gameplay.

NPC & Vehicle Spawn Fixes: We’ve noticed that certain callouts occasionally cause issues with spawning vehicles or characters. The system is being completely reworked to ensure smooth, accurate, and bug-free spawns across all callouts.

Better Optimization: Beyond the callout fixes, the codebase is being thoroughly optimized to deliver smoother performance and more stable gameplay sessions. We are taking the time needed to get everything just right.

We’ll keep you posted on our progress and upcoming changes. Thank you all for your continuous feedback and patience! 🚀

No, I made some changes to the description and things like that, but LCPDFR treats it as an update. As I mentioned in the description, the update will be released as soon as the necessary tools for the new GTA 5 update become available, allowing me to test the new features and then upload the updated plugin.

Ah, okay, then we'll work on supporting the paid version of Nexus as well.

After updating to the beta version of nexus it seemed to work finally, but so many of these callouts like garage robbery, residential robbery, commercial robbery, drug deal, suspicious deal they all spawn in the middle of the road, sometimes on a highway, no where near a property for robberies, drug deals in the middle of the road,

bomb threat a box spwaned in the middle of the road, then it said no device in sight.

attemped suicide just does the same thing, middle of the road with someone standing next to him, copy paste

even out of control party, middle of the road, 1 guy standing over someone,

bar fight middle of the road again same scene,

tresspassing, just oin the middle of the road, i doin't get it

is it just mine doing this? Or are these meant to be other places

same problem here i think its just ai garbage with random spawns, ai doesnt know where to spawn events correctly, if the developer would care he would at least test his pack and not just spam random ai stuff

It's a beta; we're working on it. And as mentioned in the description, I wasn't able to test it due to the GTA5 update.

Whats the Point of releasing a new Update and then link to your Site? Why Not just updating it here and uploading a new file?

I understand the extra click might be inconvenient! I keep LCPDFR reserved strictly for stable, official releases. All beta testing builds and official updates are hosted on my website first to ensure everything is thoroughly tested before making a full release here. Appreciate your understanding!

When I saw the "Train accident" callout, I wanted to give the pack a try... Here are my first impressions:

  • In many callouts, the suspect(s) starts to walk away, but comes back toward the player/scene once you arrive on scene.

  • In some callouts, the suspect falls/gets stuck under the map.

  • Most callouts seem to conclude as soon as you arrive at the scene, or when you're close enough to one of the people involved (except for callouts where a suspect starts to flee).

  • Some callouts seem to spawn too close and immediately stop (Code 4).

Specific callouts feedback:

  1. Abandoned briefcase (2×)

    No briefcase.

  2. Suspicious package

    ... no package.

  3. Person wandering on highway

"The person is walking in a dangerous area."

    *Walking on the sidewalk*

  4. Arson

No sign of a fire, a gas can, or anything else. Just a person walking.

  5. Railroad accident

*Callout is located on a beach* 🤔 (seem to be able to spawn anywhere)

... no train, or anything else 😥

We are aware of all of this and are currently mobilizing to resolve these issues. Thank you very much for your feedback!

After testing several of the callouts, the pack unfortunately feels very incomplete and unfinished in its current state.

There seem to be fundamental issues with both the spawn logic and the actual flow of many callouts. For example:

  • Peds who flee do not properly trigger a pursuit.

  • Welfare Check can spawn the subject randomly in the middle of the road.

  • Traffic Accident can spawn in locations where the scenario makes little sense.

  • Wanted Person Spotted can spawn the suspect directly on the road without any proper scene setup.

  • Robbery Reported can also spawn directly on the road. The robber may simply stand there looking in a random direction while the victim is kneeling on the ground, with little to no meaningful interaction or clear progression of the callout.

These are not just minor bugs or polish issues. They affect the basic functionality and immersion of the callouts and, in several cases, make them feel unfinished or practically unplayable.

I also do not really understand the decision to add such a large number of callouts at once when many of the ones I tested still have major issues. In my opinion, it would make much more sense to start with fewer callouts, make sure each one has reliable spawn logic, a clear scenario flow, proper interactions, pursuit handling, and appropriate locations, and then gradually expand the pack with additional well-developed callouts.

Having a large number of callouts sounds good on paper, but quantity does not add much value when the individual scenarios lack basic functionality or proper scene design. I would much rather see a smaller selection of polished and reliable callouts than a very large selection where many feel incomplete.

The concept of the pack has potential, but in its current state it feels like many of the callouts were added before they were actually finished and properly tested.

I get random italian messages with the high speed pursuit callout, also there is no Pursuit activated. image.png

Thank you so much for taking the time to write such a detailed and honest review. You bring up very valid points!

I completely agree with your advice regarding quality over quantity. I'm currently working on a major overhaul where I will focus on fixing the spawn logic, fixing the pursuit triggers, removing all leftover untranslated text (the Italian messages), and ensuring each callout has proper flow and scene setup.

Feedback like yours is essential for making this pack what it should be. Thanks again for helping me improve it!
