Automatic Roadblocks

Automatic Roadblocks allows the dispatching of roadblocks during a pursuit based on a selected pursuit level.

When roadblocks are deployed, custom scanner audio is played as well as for the indication that the pursuit level is automatically increased.

Next to automatic roadblocks, it allows you to place configurable manual roadblocks and traffic redirections.

Audio levels have been decreased as of version 0.8.0, please update all files provided in this plugin under "lspdfr/audio".

Automatic roadblocks

Automatic roadblocks are deployed automatically or requested by the player during a pursuit.

Each roadblock is dynamically created based on the road location where it is deployed (no prefabs are used).

 

Each roadblock level has a unique setup and variation which makes it more difficult to pass the higher the level is.

Evening/night - Lights

Lights will be automatically placed within the roadblock during the evening/night.

This option can be disabled in the config file.

 

Automatic roadblock level increases

The levels of the roadblock are automatically increased based on the following conditions:

Spoiler
  • The duration of the pursuit
  • The total number of roadblocks deployed for the pursuit
  • If the suspects are shooting
  • Number of cops killed by the suspects

 

Roadblock levels

The roadblock levels are now fully customisable to your liking.

Manual placement

Deploy a custom configured roadblock (outside of pursuits) through the in-game menu.

The manual placement option allows different variants of barriers, lights and vehicles.

Redirect traffic

Create a configurable traffic redirection for the current lane.

This will not close the road but redirect traffic to the next lane or around the location.

Close road

Close the current road for any traffic with roadblocks along the road or close the nearby intersection.

This feature will be expanded in the future with additional scenery items.

Your issue is related to PoliceSmartRadio and not this plugin.

I've also noticed that you're not using this plugin but the Roadblocks functionality from UltimateBackup.

The Automatic Roadblocks plugin isn't even loaded in your game session, so double check your installation of this plugin.

Can't get the close_road action to work unfortunately. 

GrammarPolice/grammar/en-IMMERSIVE/custom/actions\close_road.xml: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

even without adding the underscore for your action name it doesn't respond to " I need a road closure"

You can ignore the "API Documentation" directory as it's meant for developers who want to integrate this plugin into their plugin.

According to your latest logs, everything seems to work fine now.

Yes but it doesn't work. Only the roadblock one works. Opus and I were looking into it the other day. No idea why it doesn't work.

good morning

you can put the two signals (signs) before the car and in opposite directions  ?

for example road sign and officer then car police and road sign and officer who are in the direction of the road and not the car
I tried to use it and it gives me the closed road sign in the same direction and they don’t look at the road. excellent mods

Under very rare circumstances, duplicated roadblocks would spawn on the wrong side of the street. Is this supposed to be a bug?

It's not really a bug as, according to the game's logic, there are junctions/intersections at those points.

So when a roadblock is being placed, it will block off junctions/intersections to force a suspect into the direction of the "main roadblock".

This however, like your example shows, needs some additional work to iron out those weird intersections.

 

If  you want, you can disable this feature within the AutomaticRoadblocks.ini file under the option "EnableIntersectionRoadblocks".

Non è proprio un bug in quanto, secondo la logica del gioco, in quei punti ci sono dei bivi/intersezioni.

Pertanto, quando viene posizionato un posto di blocco, questo bloccherà gli incroci/intersezioni per costringere un sospetto a dirigersi verso il "blocco stradale principale".

Questo tuttavia, come mostra il tuo esempio, necessita di lavoro aggiuntivo per appianare quelle strane intersezioni.

 

Se lo desideri, puoi disabilitare questa funzione nel file AutomaticRoadblocks.ini sotto l'opzione "EnableIntersectionRoadblocks".

Quando utilizzo la funzione Quick Road Close (with ctrl+e) non posso toglierla quando devo riaprirla a differenza di quando lo faccio dal menu Close Road

You can use the CleanAll functionality for that, which is Ctrl+C (CleanAllKey) if you're using the default key bindings.

I'm still getting units not being able to arrest/glitching, sometimes. I'll try get a recording to showcase. Also, do you know how to get units to pursue the suspects all the time, sometimes have they drive in the opposite direction or there are no cops at the block at all, just the cars.

 

Otherwise really liking this mod, left a 5 star review

If you want, you can add additional details to the ticket or follow it for any additional updates on it.

That's currently not possible as it's using the language settings from the game when loading the localization file.

Я использую грамматическую полицию по умолчанию xml из Opus 49 и немного исправил его, и он работает нормально. Пожалуйста, проверьте, все ли правильно с вашими tencodes
