Welcome to Grammar Police!  This plugin began as a replacement for VocalDispatch but has grown into much more!

 

Speech Recognition

  • Issue commands to the dispatcher using your microphone
  • Includes a "hold to talk" feature that simulates a real radio
  • Supports StopThePed and UltimateBackup out of the box
  • Contains multiple sets of "10 codes" or customize yourself

Grammar Police 1.8

  • Restored player status display on PTT release (thanks OfficialFlipPlayz)
  • Restored the "say again" and generic response functionality
  • Restored emergency status on panic (thanks L’ère de l’a-paix)
  • Hardened radio check to prevent crash when there aren't any results
  • Adjusted timings of (non-chest) animations to look and sound more natural
  • Invalid callsigns no longer cause a failure but instead fallback to default
  • Moved speech engine handling to a separate thread to minimize UI freezes

    Microsoft has removed the interface for Windows Speech Recognition in recent versions of Windows 11.  Starting with this version of Grammar Police you will need to install Microsoft Speech Platform and the language pack you wish to use:

I have the issue with GrammarPolice, when i start talk by press key right alt my game gta 5 crashes, not lspdfr. Game just freezes or throws on desktop. I don't even know what the problem is, can u help me, please?

P.S This happened after recently gta 5 update. I can make a short video if u want.

    Hello i have the problem too with Grammar Police when i press the alt key to talk the game closes this happen with the recent update of GTA V (The Merceneries update) anyone can help me with that or tell me how can i fix it because on discord none answer......

    Unfortunately the speech engine does not support Portuguese.  However, I am curious if using the Spanish language setting with Portuguese words would work.  I've never tried it.

     

    You would need to make some XML files to test it.

    is it possible to somehow do without voice commands ? and then I 'll fucking interfere with everyone . previously, there was some kind of mod where it was possible to click statuses and ten codes through the menu so it's more convenient for me

    Yes. GrammarPolice features both an on-screen radio & a RAGENativeUI Immersive Dispatch-styled menu. 🙂

    Hi! Just encountered my first problem with this wonderful plugin. Whenever I press the talk button, my radio does not make a sound. Together with this, whenever a callout becomes available, Dispatch doesn't talk to me. Any idea what might have caused this? It just randomly happened.

    Can anyone help me understand why when I tell dispatch "signal one hundred," under priority tone file, why  code 3 backup responds? Isn't it suppose to activate the priority tone only??????

    idk if this is just for me but my grammar police radio clicks have no sound, besides that this is an awesome plugin

    Hi there, for me for some reason whenever it tries to process a voice command the entire game crashes, any help or insight would be appreciated. Using the normal radio works its just with voice commands it dies.

    I searched the web and comments for an answer before commenting myself. Has anyone had an issue changing the HotkeysModifier? I am trying to set it to Right Control (RControlKey), but it stays at Left Control (LControlKey) no matter what I set it to. I've tried changing the custom and default ini, even setting it to "None" and it stays Left Control in game.
