Should i download the otbcallout.dll? or the other?

i believe both but its only one call lol

have to start somewhere, great to see new minds getting in on the callouts, we need more of them... getting tired of traffic stop backup all night long 😛

It is only one callout currently, but i am currently working on another as we speak. Also got the computerplus mode integration working so will be updating soon.

As for your question, the dll file will work on its own, if you want you can download the pdb file to help with debugging and error collection, if you get a crash. I think thats how that works at least.

I wish to agree and add that its encouraging to see new people creating callouts. The more the better and even more so, variety and different packs. I have so many similar repetitive calls and ache for more simpler everyday calls like criminal damage, more domestic disturbance/disagreemnts, drunks, graffiti, indecent exposures/public sex, public order offences ( ie soemone shouting in the street abuse at passing cars, brawls, teenagers throwing things at vehicles or people, barking dogs/strays scaring residents) faulty goods/garbage being dumped illegally, vehicle wheel thefts ( or attemped) etc etc 🙂

I will try to add some of those suggestions to the plans, they sound like fun calls that i would like to include and is what i am aiming for.

I suggest putting all the files in a zip and then upload it, include a readme with some instructions.

Wish i had time to learn how to make callout packs myself 

i would really like to see callouts that lead on to other instances .. 
such as getting a domestic call going to house or area speak to people solve issue leave only to get call back (game time) hour later to the same address only to find one person dead or badly beaten to then have to find other person so remembering names and clothing becomes more important. locating and following clues till u find the perp gathering evidence long the way ready for LSPDFR+ and going to court ...

I find that there many excellent callout packs and always want more but with depth and quality over quantity .

As far as my testing has gone so far, its crash free and working with the one call out, i have tested it myself a number of times. As for the other callouts i am currently making, i have a few bugs before i can release them. But optimistically shouldn't be long until i work them out. Only been doing this for 2 days now haha.

That was my initial goal, when uploading the first time i forgot to do so and am waiting for the update to make the the rar and the file structure for easy install.

Thank you, ever message that i get really helps to boost morale and push through the learning curve i am facing. Those callouts do sound intresting but currently abit out of my league i fear. Hopefully in the future i can make something that reaches that standard.

what would be cool is if we could have a callout where we can search for the person by driveing around and have other cops driveing around too 

for god sake no more pursuits, there's already enough packs full of pursuits

You should download both files and put them in the LSPDFR Folder

I feel you, pursuits are all i seem to get into as well which is why i am trying to make this pack. I understand that currently the only call i have at the moment is a pursuit, granted. It boils down to a very small pool of information on how to make callouts when starting out, following tutorials you learn to make pursuits first which is i guess why there are so many packs out there with them.

Ultimately it is my goal to be making more foot patrol callouts that the front line officers of the world are more used to. I am nearing the end of developing another callout today and should be releasing an updated version by tonight. 

People should make something that bike cops can use. There is like nothing. Fighting in progress, disorderly person, that would be in close proximity to the player.

The callout i am currently working on, and hopefully releasing tonight will be police bike friendly. Thanks for the interest.

5. pedestrian struck by vehicle

6. MVA (motor vehicle accident) with lightpole/animal/motorcycle/house/gate/ wildlife anything

7. MIP (minor in possession) of alcohol/drugs/firearms/dangerous weapons/drug paraphernalia

8. bus accident (MVA)

9. pedastrians throwing rocks at cars

10. underage gambling/ illegal gambling

11. damage to property

12. bar fight

13. officer down/in trouble/ panic button

14. dangerous animal at residence

15. abuse of 911

16. 911 disconnect

18. drug dealing (acting undercover as a civ)

I understand peoples frustration with Pursuit callouts but its what documentation on how to make a callout shows you how to make. So its a good starting point.

As for your list of good callouts that will be invaluable to help with the development of my callout pack, i am sure you dont, but would you mind if i used some of those idea's. Surely it would only make you happy... 🙂

i will admit i dont know how to make callouts lol but man your more than welcome to use those ideas XD i would encourage it very much and you dont know how many people you would make happy besides me with those callouts lol

Hey no worries, i have only been coding and making plugins for about a week two weeks so yeah, very new to this but hoping to make people something they wouldnt want to play without.
