the army has begun to take control all over the city after police failure and increasing crimes .

the start will be with this bridge for now and in next versions the control area will be increased to cover the whole city.

the checkpoint is heavy guarded with marines and armored humvees and the whole road is monitored through security cameras  letting no chance for a crime to happen.
