ENGLISH

Polish law is based, so I decided I want it in-game. A couple months passed, I barely play LSPDFR anymore, and I had the sudden urge to complete these charges and citations.
I used the:
- Polish Penal Code
- Polish Code of Petty Offences
- A couple additional acts (such as the Firearms and Ammunition Act)
- Executive Order of the Prime Minister regarding prices of fines given through a penal ticket

A couple explanations of legal buffoonery:
- The term misdemeanor/felony is used once in this pack - it shouldn't be confused with the American system. In Poland, most charges are actually "misdemeanors", and only a select few are "felonies". Having a misdemeanor on your record is just as bad, and it can land you in even 30 years in prison.
- Petty offences are interesting. For most, you can arrest people, but you shouldn't do that a lot. Most of the time, you can fill out an arrest report and cut a person loose with a court summons. They are marked with (P) throughout the charges pack. I only added those which hold the penalty of arrest - 1 to 30 days in prison, so some laws may be missing - tell me in the comments if you want them!
- This is actually kind of unrealistic... in real life, the prosecutor charges people, a police officer has no means of choosing a charge, only citations.
- In Poland, citations can be refused and handled in court. I suppose this can be handled through a questioning pack.
- Attempting can be charged the same as finishing an action. You can actually charge someone with murder if they only attempted murder.

POLSKI
Polskie prawo jest mega-ultra-sigma, więc chciałem je w ReportsPlus. Użyłem:
- Kodeksu karnego
- Kodeksu wykroczeń
- Kilku innych ustaw (np. ustawy o broni i amunicji)
- Rozporządzenia Prezesa Rady Ministrów w sprawie kwot grzywn wystawionych w formie mandatu karnego

W sumie to to co po angielsku napisałem też się liczy, ale dla Polaka to raczej oczywistość ;)
