After a while of playing LSPDFR with StopThePed installed, I thought that StopThePed lacked more dialogue and items, so I spent some time figuring out how to modify and use the code in the .xml files and .ini, and then created this modification to add some more realism and immersiveness when using StopThePed with LSPDFR.

 

This wouldn't of course be possible without the coding already done by Bejoijo, he makes some fantastic LSPDFR plugins, so please go show him some love and download his plugins!

This is currently a WIP, so I'll continue adding new things down the road!

Installation:

Simply drag the included Plugins folder into your Grand Theft Auto V folder, and replace all files when prompted to.

Sounds good! As long as the red search items don't include anything overly absurd because those things have a habit of popping up regularly! Like, not everyone we stop should have an IED or even a gun really. Also, what changes did you make in the ini? 🙂

Yeah, I tried to keep the red and yellow items within the realm of possibility as much as possible. As for the .ini, I simply just added the new weapons to the word list of items that are able to be serial checked. 😃

    just not a lot of interaction in traffic stop, could you add more? great job for what is there.

    Not nearly as good as realistic questions and answers by jbuzz. The only thing you really did was add weapons. I couldn't really investigate during traffic stops.

    For example, during a traffic stop while suspect is still in vehicle, there were only 2-3 questions under DUI: have you been drinking, when did you last drink. With such few questions, it's very limited and not nearly as immersive as Jbuzz's.

    Jbuzz's has over 10 questions for every category--you should try to work around JBuzz's and make yours even better than his.

    Okay, I didn't know that even existed, but it's still a work in progress so expect much more to come in the future!
