Designed and programmed nearly 10 years ago, the roads of San Andreas were in need of serious regeneration...

Featuring  extreme speed increasesintelligent junctionsvaried braking, and smooth curve transitions

By reflagging path nodes from Rockstar throughout the map, and by modifying every vehicle, acceleration has been made much faster and speed limits amplified - something that was long overdue.

  •  No other mods required
  • Very minor glitches to be fixed ..

@skyred50 Thanks for the interest!

@Siracusa Yes that's right, every vehicles meta has the addition of the sports car flag, which translates to increased maximum speed. I am speaking with the developer of World of Variety, so that's... on path to be something that gets covered.

lspdfr crash on load please help RagePluginHook.log

download the manual version of lspdfr and put the data files in lspdfr/data...you must be missing some files, before changing compares the files of the latest version of lspdfr in lspdfr/data with yours

@RCrw notik Hey,

so are you saying you're all up and running with this mod?

Hi,
I understand this file is in oiv what I have a problem with, but your work interests me very much yes because I am very sensitive to any work that can improve this traffic and I encourage you in this work and thank you for what you do....👍

@RCrw notik Thank you very much. I must ask, is this not working for you? Does it crash for you on the startup of LSPDFR?

Thanks

@RCrw notik Okay mate that's fair enough. Just to let you know, though

A list of modified files can be seen in the left hand side preview image, or here

reassure yourself, I like your mod very much and I remain attentive to your settings, I do not want to find myself in comparison with you, I like your work and I wish it is beneficial for all because this is the goal, however the plant oiv remains too complex for me

Hey @RCrw notik, you don't have to do anything complex.

Simply copy your mods folder and paste it again - rename it to Ignore

Then, install the OpenIV package to the mods folder and if anyting goes wrong, simply delete the folder called mods, and rename Ignore back to mods.

Good luck and thanks for the interest!

soo is this working?... have you done sum traffic management on lspdfr to see if all traffic works and mainly obeys for the most part?..... does this add traffic on side roads that dont have traffic ? a huge issue with gta5 increasing traffic speeds is thebends and curves in vinewood.. they makes cars fly of the cliff ?  this mod sounds cool 🙂

@Cpl.Griffiths Sorry bro I don't really get what you're asking. Does this mod work? Well, I should hope so!

And does this mod add traffic? No, not at all. Please, please read the PDF ahahaha

How easy is this to uninstall - whats the process?

Ever since i've gotten this mod i've been having issues with it. Sometimes it will crash the game on start-up other times it'll crash anywhere between 1-20mins of playing, I like the idea of this mod but unfortunately is not working as intended. Is there anyway I can get a copy of all the vanilla untouched files? as I do not have a backup. Is there anything I can do except deleting my mods folder?

You must not be using the correct setup for best play. Try using this on a new mods folder with your same game, that way we'll really see if Re-Roading is the problem or not

You my man continue to amaze me! I kept seeing you update this and caved again and re-installed it think it was version 5.5 then found the new site you uploaded 5.6 on and put the new files in and it is amazing the progress each update! Traffic speed is more realistic now and dynamic with vehicles going faster on highways (two-lane) but not breaking the 50 mph speed limit signs and the traffic on the freeway is the same but for the first time I have really seen this.. a guy was going the speed limit of 60 on the freeway then started passing me and gradually got up to 77 so I stopped him and I notice breaking so far seems to be way improved and to slow down people when I have someone stopped especially on the freeway I just thought im gonna use traffic control and set the speed regulator to 40 mph and it works like a charm! I guess since this is still technically Alpha stages I shouldn't have been too critical because for an Alpha it is great and makes GTA seem like a whole new game! Awesome work again bro!

I install it manually as OIV won't work because I don't have the game updated so I just rename the .OIV to .ZIP and open the assembly.xml and it takes a little getting used to on how to read but it shows the paths for the files so if you look at the paths it shows which areas the dlc files are replaced and the dlc patch files and the other archives are in the content folder of the zip so after a little research you can find which files and folders are replaced and just copy them into a backup or like he said before you could copy the mods folder in its entirety (if you have enough space on your computer) then copy it back if the game breaks.

Cheers bro, not long now - just a few more alphas and we'll be all set for the future. I imagine the moment I'm finished Re-Roading san andreas, R* will see and announce the release date for GTA VI!

Well, there's really no need. This is quite a large mod, and with any other project (especially in alpha condition) you should really copy paste your mods folder before installing. Though, could you please supply me with more info on why you need to uninstall? I'd love to fix any and all errors/ glitches!

Thanks guys

1122 aka TakeYaBackToSation4BumVio but that's a bit long, so let's just use 1122 instead

Blessed be

I was lamenting the other day about how running radar is almost worthless, especially on the interstate.  i'm looking forward to trying this out. If I manage to really capture this plugin in action, I'll post a link to the first video I use it in, if you don't mind.
