I created this using the free version of EUP by replacing the default shoulder patch with a custom BCSO patch. This is about as far as I plan to take this project for now, though I may update it in the future.

I've also included the patch PSD file, so you're free to edit, customize, or use it however you'd like.

It's a livery pack for the EUP Emergency Uniforms Pack. It replaces the default BCSO shoulder patch included with the free version of EUP with a new, higher-quality Blaine County Sheriff's Office patch inspired by the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department. Installation is simple—just drag and drop the files inside the folder's into your EUP installation with the same file name as the folder to replace the default patch.

Might update this in a bit to be a bit more literally drag and drop for ease of use.
