From a Military perspective you have some small changes I would like to suggest.

The Beret at least in the American Military is worn with the main pitch / emblem area over the LEFT eye, the remainder of the beret is then pulled close to the skull and draped over the RIGHT ear. reaching just above it but no lower then half way down. I dont know what is protruding from the top of the models head but their should not be a loop or what ever that is...

Hope this helps with updates.
