hi, 

i was tired of the bald cops so i gave them some hair, hope you like it.

 

openiv, x64e.rpf/models/componentpeds_s_m_y.rpf  and then replace the ytd file

don't forget to backup your files !!!!!!!!

The white cop's hair looks pretty good. Could use a bit of touching up, but the hispanic cop's hair is... eugh, I hate that damn hairstyle. I don't know why people like that.

its a good substitute until we can edit openformats. only thing is it looks like they got their hair tattooed on
