I got bored again and decided to get back into GTA V, needed a siren to go along with it so enjoy

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE READ THE README!!! OR just don't listen to the boosted siren files outside of GTA V if you don't want hearing loss (don't worry in gta v they're as shown in the video)

The best SS2000 Smart Siren hi fidelity sound man, you just made one mistake in the name of the WAIL siren your file "0X00329446" probably works flawlessly with ELS, but for non ELS Users they should change the name of this file to "SIREN_PA20A_WAIL" when placing it in the vehicles file to replace the default Wail siren tone. That caught me because I knew it had to be the default wail because the sound quality was lower and then when you switch to YELP siren it was much louder. Now editing the name and replacing that defualt wav file the sounds are all now balanced! AWESOME job man! I am archiving this download dont think I will ever use a different siren ever ! I am hardcore NYPD playing LSPDFR and it is awesome to find a sound file that is perfect!

You right click inside the resident rpf and select import open formats what ever the sound file it is you are using you navigate to that file and import the vehicles awc file. it transfers the new siren sounds into the resident rpf overwritting the default vehicles awc.

You dont put them no where the file you are trying should have a file with 2 parts in it. A folder containing all the wav files with conversion files installed in it and then the vehicles aoc outside that folder the way this works is that when you run the import formats command in OpenIV it communicates with that vehicles aoc file in you custom siren folder. It is already extracting the wav files and transfering them into the vehicles awc folder inside the OPENIV software.

You can double click on the vehicles awc file in OPENIV and it will open all the wav files in the awc library. Scroll to the bottom of the list and select something like police siren2 listen to that sound. it should be the same as the one in the folder containing all the wave files from your download. That is how you confirm it transfered into the game.

If you drop a wav file into this directory it will not attach to the vehicles awc library and it could cause your game to crash for improper installation.
