Alright everybody, I decided to make a Honolulu P.D. texture for the CVPI.

It was completely random me making this, so let me know if you guys like it!

 

So shoutout to anyone who lives in Honolulu!

 

DO NOT REDISTRIBUTE!

 

(NOTE: I did change the color of the lightbar to match the one they use. Also BxBugs Cvpi template was used for this texture..)
