First of all, I would like to say thank you to ineseri and Double Doppler. These two people are absolutely amazing. Ineseri, you have helped me through every problem I have had on this site with GTA etc. and without your help, I would be forced to do my homework as nothing would work haha! Double Doppler, you have done so much over the course of this year and if it wasn't for your mods (or clan) I would be bored using American cars instead of your British ones which I love. I have met so many people and I would like to say Merry Christmas to you all and have a wonderful new year. Lets see what 2014 brings us in this community!

Are you actually serious, I have seen 5+ threads on this error and I have fixed 4+ of them. The Crime Statistics are offline for maintenance so when you install, do not link your account. Before you create a thread, please do some research on the error and look through the already posted threads to find a solution.

GTA IV is perfectly compatible with Windows 8 so I wouldn't blame the OS. Everything works fine on Windows 8, game and mods.

When I had this, it was because I had a modded car in my parking space and whenever I went near it I would get this error, try deleting your save game and it should fix it.

It is done when you link your account when you install, however, the Crime Statistics feature is offline at the moment so I would advise not linking your account unless it wont install.

I know that SCSDDeputy has released one and he is working on another one I think, they are over on lcpd-mods.com, and I know that one is being developed by someone on this site and should be released soon. You could create a Google Spreadsheet and set it up to use with your different patrols.

Press 'Y'. In future, try checking the included 'Read Me' file and the .ini file that comes with the modification, they are really useful and explain everything.

Fix this error by skipping past the part of the installation process where you link your account and all should be fine As I have said in a previous topic about this, please look around the fora before you post as I have seen this topic so many times that I am sure it won't take much looking around to find something.

I have no idea how long they will be offline for sorry. To link the account after the install you will simply need to re-install it using the installer and overwrite the files already there then input your username and password.

The Crime Statistics are currently offline and that is what is causing your probem. To fix the error, do not link your account until it is fixed.

Did you try to link your account to lcpdfr when you installed?
